I was lucky-the car was sent from one city to another. Has peaked a whole and unharmed, delay on 1 day, for me was acceptable. Departure was carried out as promised, without delay. By car one did not go anywhere, except loading the truck and unloading (I had the camera in the cabin, which worked during the work the car). The car was a lot of personal things from vacation and all sorts of different stuff, no one touched. In General to send was frightening, but all passed in my case smoothly. Compared with many other companies, about all write anything, but here at least try to promise dates, so stopped at this carrier.
I'd never used an auto transport company before, so I was a little worried. I needed to move my car from Florida to Michigan. However, everything was OK. The guys were in touch with me round the clock and kept me informed. The war car was delivered without any damage and right on time. The driver was prompt and professional. By the way, it was not pricey at all. I would use this service again and highly recommended it.

They may have good reviews and but they are bait and switch. The quote you a good rate and then when you are entering your credit card information all of a sudden there is a book fee. You speak with what appears to be a foreign call center - everyone I spoken with appeared to be of Indian or a similar decent but had name like Bob, Sally, Carrier, or Paul. This is a sad business practice.

This was my first time shipping a vehicle. Everyone was honest, knowledgeable and pleasant. I was very nervous they made it so easy. My driver was fabulous. He kept in contact. I will tell you about my first experience of using a car-shipping company. It was really useful for me. Even though the car was picked up and dropped off 3 days later than told, driver was nice and easy to reach. Car was in same shape I left it in, just a little dusty but understandable. Would recommend my friends and continue using this service because of its convenience.

Mary and I started scheduling my delivery almost two months ago, as delivery got closer, scheduling got confusing, and we were facing increase in costs, change of transport method, and timing delays. Mary stepped up, waiving fees, had vehicle picked up and delivered before date of expectation, and driver was incredible on communications and professionalism!
