Tj maxx do no give any veteran's/ police / senior discount. They only give a discount for seniors in one store in Florida's.

I ordered a Calpak Verdugo 20 in carry on form TJMaxx online. When it arrived I noticed that they had sent me a larger piece of luggage. Indeed, they sent me a 24 in which is not approved for carry on. I went through several sites and even shopped in stores looking for the right luggage. My husband and I are leaving for Spain in two weeks so I ordered it 3 weeks ahead. We are down to 2 weeks now that it has arrived. It really pissed me off that 1. They don't have 24/7 call line for problems as such 2. When I did call all they could do was "launch an investigation" to see where it went wrong. They said the "best" thing for me to do is to return it for a refund and call back on Friday (it's Wednesday) for an update on the investigation. Uhhh how about no! What if you actually did your job and just refund me right then and there and get me a new product. Of course they couldn't because guess what. THEY DON'T HAVE ANYMORE. So either my luggage went to someone else or they sold me something that was out of stock. I wanted those specific pieces, styles, and colors. They told me I could not speak to anyone above them because they wouldn't have any of the answers either. It is safe to say I will NEVER EVER shop at TJMaxx again and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
Generally not impressed with their prices. I visited the store and staff was helpful... a few deals throughout but nothing to lose your panties over.
They send emails with free shipping all the time which we know is very important. Their site has limited items but still great selection.
Some stores occasionally have not so friendly associates, but overall we love this chain, including Marshalls.
Im not really sure how to feel about T. J. Maxx, the prices isnt the best and most the stuff is out of stock then the shipping is expensive
The store is so messy with terrible service the place is so unorganized if u don't want to get COVID don't go there so many people are near at all times

I love TJ MAXX which is related to Winners in Canada. Only complaint is the removal of plus sized clothing from Winners. Boooo!
