Got the exact tire I wanted rather than having to settle for what was in stock. Could not find Pirelli tires at any dealers in Alaska. The tires were scheduled to show up on Friday, and actually showed up a day early.

Very easy to navigate the website. It would be nice to have the option of nitrogen filled tires available also.

Tires, price and delivery were all as expected.
Recommended installer epic fail, claiming they didn't have the ability to safely remove tires from a 2500 series Nissan Van!
Think about it... they claim they can't raise a vehicle the 1 inch necessary to remove a tire!
That's a lot of service vans and pick up trucks to be passing up.

I had a confirmed appointment with Firestone and there was never any mention of restrictions based on my "LT" tires.
I did full brakes in my driveway the day prior to my installation appointment... I lived to tell about it.

I was easily able to compare the different brands it's banks on each. The pricing was better than other places as well

Rim for ecosport is a Focus SVT 4 lug 16 space saver. 125/90/16 tire is less than 1/4 inch smaller than stock wheel. Everything seems fine.

Researching and buying tires from Tire Rack was simple and straightforward. I had the tires delivered to a local installer (which happened to be my usual repair shop) and made an appointment with them for the installation. I was a little bit frustrated that the delivery was delayed by a day from the initial estimate, but in the end that made little difference.

Got the correct tire size from search feature and shipping was super fast and free!

I bought tires from other places before but now i will keep buying them from tire rack.

Ordered some blizzak ws90s and rims for the winter on my vw eos. Tires came in mounted and balanced and loooked great. Ordering was easy and shipment was fast. Blizzak tires ride nice and although a little louder than my regular all season tires it is barely noticeable. Looking forward to trying these on snow! Would order them again.

Tire Rack provided different options, as far as tires, and very fast shipping.

Ordered tires one day and they were at my door within 2 days for cheaper than I could get locally.

This is the fourth time I've ordered tires from Tire Rack. The website is informative and accurate. It's easy to choose the appropriate tires for each vehicle. Shipping is so fast! Rebates are great. Never had a problem with Tire Rack.

I love being able to check out so many different tire brands and options while having access to test results and reviews. The ordering process is easy and works very smoothly. My delivery came in a day early and I was notified of it so I was able to get my tires installed even sooner than I had anticipated.

When I went to pick up my order it was not ready. The email I had received in the morning said they needed about 4 hours to get it ready. I went 6 hours later thinking it would be done. It was not. I waited for it to be completed, about 45 minutes, after pressing the personnel that I didn't want to come back the next day. When I got home, there was a very nice apology and an apology credit applied to my credit card. That was nice.
