Having tires already mounted and balanced onto new wheels, complete with TPMS sensors installed is wonderful. I have zero complaints about the products or the services provided.

I've dealt with like 4 people trying to get this damn order right. Shelley ended up just having me cancel the whole damn thing and reorder everything. Gill put the wrong vehicle in when I called because my check card authorization is messed up. Kasey never sent the new hardware, Glen said all I needed was new centering ring, lugs, and TPMS sensors. And ZachD sent the new hardware for who knows what.

Zach may have sent X3 hardware, but it didn't matter. Because the rims for an X4 are 5x120, I took this FROM YOUR SITE. I have an X3 M40i, it is 5x112, again, FROM YOUR SITE. So, it didn't matter, the damn rims wouldn't work whatsoever.

Shelley Miller finally just said redo the whole damn thing. And that's what I did. Started this process on the 25th of November, it's the 7th of December. Now no new rims and tires till possibly Wednesday.

I purchased my vehicle the previous Saturday, so like the 21st. Not like I waited around to get tires and wheels. It has summers on it, so, I live in Ohio, I cannot drive it till I get them switched out.

Process has been a nightmare.

Now that the correct tires and rims are on, I couldn't be happier. I was afraid they wouldn't like as nice as the stock 21's, but they look better.

I've ordered several sets of tires from Tire Rack. I've always gotten exactly what I wanted very quickly at a good price. Very straightforward and easy to work with.

Nice and quick. Good selection and shipping options. One aspect I did not like is that it listed a large rebate only to later find out my purchase did not qualify because it required the use of a certain credit card. That was deceptive.

Waiting for rebate form, not really know how good unless I have problems with tires to see how well they respond so verdict still out. After received found some tires on their website I think I may have preferred though.
