I found the cheapest price on Tire Rack for my specific tire I needed. We had a screw in one of our new tires that could not be repaired. They shipped it the next day and it was scheduled to be at one of their certified installers. Unfortunately, that service provider had a Covid-19 situation that caused them to close for 4 days so my tired was delivered a little late. Not Tire Rack's fault or the service provider, just part of the times! Anyways I got rescheduled and it was cheaper than expected to get it installed and they were very nice. So far very happy with my experience and will be using them again if the need should arise, although it doesn't anytime soon!

I installed the wall rack and had only a few issues with the product. One of the lag bolts snapped off in the wall, so I had to drill an additional hole through the top hanger plate. The other issue was that one of the extendable bars that the tires rest on had the threaded plug in the end drilled and threaded at an angle so I had trouble getting the bolt to thread into it without stripping the internal threads.
The process was very easy and I couldn't pass on the prices. My package came in as described and two days early as well! Overall I am very happy with my purchase and everything seems to be going well with my wheel and tire package. Thank you!
Tires came on time and how they were describe. So I'm very happy and satisfied.
Tire Rack website said next day delivery (otherwise I would have picked up my tires at their warehouse in Renton), tires showed up at OnTrac in Tacoma a day later than promised. Then sat there for 5 days until 2 of the 4 were delivered and then the other 2 the next day. No wonder OnTrac is running so behind when they have to go to the same house twice to fulfill a single order.
Had tires shipped to my local pepboys there service was great. It was quick and easy they also fixed a few things I needed to have done at the same time.

Put them on my 2017 BMW X5 on Monday. Tested them in fresh 10 inches of snow here in Connecticut. Awesome! Cuts through the snow very well. A little soft on dry ground, but worth it for the bad weather.
I ordered the tire I needed on Friday 12/11/2020 and received it Saturday 12/12/2020. I was amazed at the quick turnaround, and the ease of finding the tire I needed on the site. The selection is also great for uncommon tires.
