Ordering the tires was easy and quick. The day it was delivered was different than what was listed on the website. It came two days later than was listed.

I needed new tires for my Nissan Maxima, placing the order through tire rack was relatively painless. When selecting from available installers near me, I chose an installer who allowed for online scheduling. I made the appointment for a Friday and the appointment was confirmed by Tire Rack and the tires were shipped in delivered without issue.
That Friday I arrived for my appointment, only to be told that this installer (Tires Plus) only allows Tire Rack installations on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. As to why their online scheduling allowed me to book an appointment for a Friday, I was not given an answer. I was also told that there was no way they could install my tires that day and I would have to return on Monday.
In short, this seems like an issue that could be remedied by improving the online scheduling tool. It's annoying to allow for the booking of invalid appointments and furthermore to not notify the customer in advance that they would need to reschedule. This seemed like a known issue at the Tires Plus I visited but seemingly no one has taken the time to resolve it.
I'm satisfied with the tires, and cost. Dissatisfied with the way the appointment scheduling was treated.

Archer Beauchamp messaged me double checking my tire size and i had actually gotten it wrong so thankfully he did. He made sure to get me the right size and the delivery was fast!
I waited until late in the season to decide to buy my winter tires, but Tire Rack had them in stock at a price cheaper than I could find elsewhere and they were delivered to my house 24 hours later!
Recent snow delayed the delivery for a few days, but that's almost expected. Otherwise they're what I ordered and plan to have them installed very soon.
