I've always trusted tire rack, although this time I ordered a spring kit (they sell suspension parts and various other car parts) not only was their price $60 lower than other sites. Their shipping was way faster too! I got my order within 5 days as compared to the 3 to 5 weeks from other sites. If tire rack has what I need I'll be buying from them again

Placed an order late Wed thinking the (4) tires would arrive the next day, but discovered that the page refreshed to say Fri as estimated delivery date. I was on a tight schedule hence called customer service, who was very friendly and helpful. Explained my situation and wanting to cancel if they won't arrive before Fri and was given thorough information and multiple ways I could deal with the situation. Tires ended up arriving mid day the next day anyway. Very grateful.
