I had a great experience with my purchase from Tire Rack. I ordered on line one night, and when I got my invoice by email, I realized I had ordered the wrong size tire. I called the next morning, and in just a matter of minutes, they had cancelled my first order and conpleted my second order with the right size tires. Fastest delivery I ever ever had.

UPS lost 5 tires waited 5 days. UPS is in my mind and past experience the worst shipper out there. Tire Rack shipped second order FedEx and received the next day awesome. Good customer service from Tire Rack.
