Tire Rack

After having tires installed, one was observed with a bulge in the sidewall. The installer inspected the tire and determined that it was a manufacturing defect. I was comfortable with Tire Rack initially because it advertised they help with tire warranty claims. After speaking with a Tire Rack representative, this would not be the case- I will need to report this as a road hazard issue and buy another tire, wait for shipping, and submit receipts for reimbursement (and hope they are approved). The Tire Rack representative would not accept that the tire was defective, or offer an expedient process to correct the problem, even when the recommended installer inspected the tire and determined it to be defective.

Got on the phone with TR to look up old order. Quick and easy got info pulled up, sadly discontinued product! Got some recommendations from Mason, liked what I saw. Few days later, I made a decision on four new wheels! So easy, thanks Mason and crew. Looking for a delivery in 3 days. Awesome job!

I was looking for some AT tires for my truck and tire rack had plenty of options. They had tons of reviews, but what sold me was the road test that they performed using three different AT tires. They had all the info from the road test and how they performed! Backed by the reviews it was an easy decision.

The online shopping tool search with reviews, along with a wide selection was incredibly helpful and easy to nagivate. Had them installed at Mavis and saved $ all around and very happy with product choice.

I have been using Tire Rack pretty regularly for the last 6 years or so. Have purchased a couple sets of tires, a couple sets of brakes and rotors. Great place for information and most times I come back to Tire Rack for good pricing and because of the simplicity and ease of use.

As a 1st time buyer i have a great experience. The shipping was faster than i expected, a easy process to choose the tires i wanted and i compared the Tire Rack prices with a lot of different companies but Tire Rack has the best ones.

The ordering process was simple and fast. However upon receiving the wheels, packages were in good shape but the wheels were supposed to be all black but in the inside of some of the wheels, the manufacturer didn't paint the whole wheel near where the spokes are. You can see bare metal and to me, this isn't good quality unless they're sold at a discount and customer knows about the issue and accepts them as is. Also, for black wheels, I thought I'd receive black lug/studs for said wheels but received polished ones but customer service said they'd ship the black ones out not charge but still haven't received them due to weather? (UPS)

I have a friend who does tires and he installed them for me. They look good on my Yukon and I put 50+ miles on them today. Way better ride and control on our 80mph freeways in MT than my wore out BF Goodrich 10 plys that were on there. I'm happy!

I love it when they have closeout pricing on tires I need. Usually half price or close to it. This is my 3rd tire order and have been very happy with the service and delivery. Especially if there is a manufacturer rebate. They mail you (real mail not email) all the rebate forms and receipts necessary to get your rebate. I have never had another company take the time to do that. Great customer service.

Logged me out several time for "my security" reasons while i was using the site. Then again while i was ordering. Which charged my account but did not complete the order. I had to wait until to to get it straightened out And re do the order ahich worked correctly today

I'm a repeat customer. Years ago, sets of tires bought for both car and MC. Shipped to home, taken to installers. Prices are satisfactory. You have top products and have provided good service, every time.

As I've grown older - and becoming an EV driver since 2009, I've driven all my cars more gently and smoothly for better efficiency. Coming back to Tire Rack after few years (first replacement tires in my 2019 Chevy Bolt, approx. 49,000 solo driver miles), I know why I've been a Tire Rack customer for so long: Selection, Service, Price and Easy to navigate website.

There was a minor glitch where one of the local installer that was previously available didn't pop up as an option, I found a workaround by selecting preferred installers in a dedicated installer section. All good now.

This is the first time I've ever ordered tires online. The website was suggested by my son who has purchased tires before through this website. Very easy to order. Good selection. Tires were delivered on time to the installer.

Very easy to navigate the website, compare tires with accurate ratings. Fair price, prompt shipping, good road hazard warranty. I have picked up tires at the warehouse and always see vans from the big name tire stores. They even get their tires from Tire Rack!
