Tick Pick simply did exactly what they promised. I had my 3 Tickets in choice seats nestled safely in my Apple Wallet. Come time for the show and 3 happy fans had one unforgettable evening! Thank you for delivering the goods Tick Pick.
Like my title says, I love this site so much. I love that the price of tickets already shows up in the total. It doesn't feel scummy, and like they care about the people. Will forever continue to use TickPick.
I paid for tickets in a reserved lawn section of a venue for a concert, but upon arrival I learned I did not in fact have tickets to that section, but general lawn tickets instead. (Tickets said "Lawn2" which I thought must be code for Reserved... alas, it was not). The concert was about to start, and being pretty easy going people, my boyfriend and I enjoyed the show on the general admission lawn rather than spend time trying to contact customer service. Knowing they advertised a "Buyer Guarantee", I wasn't worried about it. When I submitted the issue to TickPick the next morning requesting to be reimbursed for the difference in cost (about $120) I was informed since we already attended the event there was nothing they could do. I explained the issue was not access to the venue, only access to the seats I had believed to have purchased, and I was not asking for a full refund, just for a refund of the difference in ticket prices. Despite that, they refused to do anything. For TickPick to expect us to not attend the concert at all in that situation in order to get a refund is absurd. I paid for something they did not deliver, and they refused to take responsibility.
I told myself I would never go to a big venue again because you are always so far from the stage and a bit disconnected from the concert, people constantly getting up to go to the bathroom and getting up for concessions. I figured I would check out TickPick and see if I could sit close without breaking the bank and was very pleased with the seats available. It restored my confidence in watching a show at big arenas.
I was a little hesitant since I've never heard about this app. But a friend told me she gets all her concert tickets on here. Had no problems at the concert venue, snd love there are no fees. Had a great time seeing Hozier live. Will recommend this app.
I decided to give it a try and purchase tickets via TickPick to avoid transaction fees. Tickets came to my email right away. You need to download app to show it at the concert entrance. Everything was fine 🙌🏼
While waiting in queue on the first day of single game Cubs ticket sales, decided to see what TickPick might have to offer. Bought a pair of excellent seats for two Yankees-Cubs games that were cheaper than the official vendor face value price and no additional fees to boot. Went back to the other site and was still waiting in limbo for the chance to even see what might be available.
Had a last minute opportunity to go to an Argonauts game in Toronto. Was able to secure electronic tickets at a great price that were quickly transferred to me quickly. I was nervous, as it was my first purchase, but everything was perfect!
First time user of TickPick and some of the reviews had me a little nervous. You don't get tickets instantly like other sites, but I had these within an hour of placing my order. Everything went smooth and the seats were a great value without additional service charges. Got in football game perfectly.
I hate, HATE ticket fees. And while I've seen others claim they have lower/no fees, then they just raise the ticket price to over what I would've paid straight from the monopolies (ticketmaster, livenation, etc.) anyway including fees. But then comes TickPick... ahhh. Despite having stupid commercials that I would say are inappropriate, it was the best price for the best ticket I could afford. Every other site I tried (probably half a dozen of them that we've all seen) was gonna be at least $20 more than what I found on TickPick for the same seat. Plus, they seemed better at finding a single seat (most of these sites push multiple tickets, especially a pair).
Got great seats at a discounted rate. It was so easy! I bought the tickets and within a few hours they were transferred to me. I've already used this app again since to buy tickets for another show, and had another great experience. Thank you TickPick!
Getting Tech tickets through TickPick was a great experience. I actually looked at another site first, but the fees were crazy and then I remembered TickPick. Pulled them up, found some tickets that were way cheaper and just as good of seats. Got my tickets a day or two before the game and had no issues at all. Will definitely use TickPick for future games and other events.
My son and I arrived in los angeles to discover that there was a show that we wanted to see at the hollywood bowl that night. The only tickets we could afford were in the very back of the venue, Which didn't seem very appealing. Then a friend of mine.Let me know about this website.And we found one hundred and thirty five dollar tickets for only thirty dollars each! They worked, no problem!

I bought my ticket in the parking lot 1 hour before the show. I think I paid too much for the ticket considering the arena is small and all the seats are well placed. It didn't seem like there was a bad seat in the house! The nose bleed didn't as high or steep. This is a great arena and if a concert I want to see comes to Allstate in Rosemont, I will be thrilled to come back. I drove from Kentucky to see this show and it was worth it!

I have used tickpick twice recently to see Usher and Pink. Both experiences were great. I bought tickets day of concerts. Very reasonable prices. I loved that I didn't have to click through app ten times to see the ACTUAL price listed. What you saw was what you got for a final price no hidden fees. Will definitely be using again. Have already recommended to friends and coworkers. Love the transparency!

The opening band was a revelation. JD McPherson was outstanding and started the night with a bang. The main act, Plant and Krauss, were finishing up their 108 show tour and it was obvious with how tight their performance was. You have to go in knowing it is not Zeppelin but a blue grass vibe Plant that you are seeing. The venue was not quite finished but was fun and had a lot of food options with an area for food trucks to serve. Wonderful experience!
