I was looking for 4 tickets for friends of mine from overseas to an NHL game. They had never seen a game, so I wanted to get the best seats possible for a reasonable price. I checked Ticket Master, and the seats I would be happy with were over $100 plus all the fees they charge. I searched on-line and found ticketnetwork.com. I looked at the selection and found Center Ice seats 4 rows from the glass for less than half Ticket Master prices. Needless to say I purchased right away. It was early in the morning of the game that I purchased the tickets. By 9:15 AM, I was able to print them out. This was the absolute best experience I've ever had purchasing event tickets on-line. I will never consider Ticket Master again, nor any other site. This company knows what they're doing and provides superior service. I highly recommend them!

I searched online for tickets to the Luke Bryan/Thompson Square/ FL/GA Line concert in Tampa, FL on 10/25/13 for weeks until I finally found decently priced tickets on ticketnetwork.com. Tickets were delivered via email very quickly and they were super easy to download and print. Ticketnetwork will be the only place I purchase tickets from ever again! Thanks!
Thieves and crooks! Ticket network hides fees from buyers by putting disclaimers on sales allowing third party sellers to charge fees above and beyond the prices they represent as the purchase price. They claim inability to disclose these fees, but the simple truth is they hide them to attempt to make their prices look better when they in fact are not - they are much, much higher and there is no way to validate that the fees being charged aren't simply an additional profit source for sellers. BUYER BEWARE -AVOID TicketNetwork ATALL COST! Or get screwed out of your money!

It was extremely easy to order tickets. They were mailed to our home which was very convenient - no standing in a will call line. I ordered online and thought the order went through, but never got a confirmation email or an error when processing my credit card. I called 2 days later to find out that my order was not successfully processed and ordered on the phone. The tickets were expensive, but I still bought them and had them delivered to my house via FedEx. I did not know a signature would be required. I had to have 4 separate phone calls to FedEx before they confirmed a location where I could pick up the tickets which was over 25 minutes away from my home, so I was furious. I paid an extra fee to have these tickets sent to my home and spent more money on gas and wasted my time arranging and picking up the tickets. I will not be ordering from this company nor using FedEx 2 day delivery again.

Absolutely best experience I've ever had buying tickets. I waited until about a week before the sold out Mumford & Sons show in Houston to see if I could find two tickets, not hoping for much. I ran across a site that appeared to have front-section seats for a RIDICULOUSLY low price. I'm not sure how cool quoting prices is on here, but they were much closer to the stage than any other site I saw, and less than almost any other tickets, no matter how bad.
The price and stated seats had me a little nervous that it was too good to be true, but I ordered on a prayer. Then I got an email saying I needed to arrange where to get the tickets the day of the show, and my heart almost broke. The day of the show, I got a phone call telling me where to pick them up (less than a block from the gates). I got there and was handed a gift card and told to just 'swipe it at the gate'. I and the 30-odd others there were really skeptical at that point, frankly.
But I walked right up to the gate, swiped the card, and 2 tickets - exactly as stated on the site - popped right out of the little machine, and we walked right in. Score! That was actually easier than remembering to carry 2 separate tickets, with the added benefit of not being able to forget them at home. And WHAT SEATS! Extra legroom, direct view to the stage close enough to see facial expressions and finger positions, in great view of a huge monitor showing the closeups, AND there was a very lonely beer vendor right behind us, so no waiting in line. They also happened to be very close to the bathrooms and merch booths too. They were by far the best seats I've ever had at a big show, ever.
All in all, this is honestly the best experience I've had buying concert tickets, aside from the few minutes of unwarranted doubt. I will absolutely be using their services again, especially now that I know I can trust the slightly unconventional way they delivered. It's easier than waking up early for a release and still never getting the tickets, the seats were just unbelievable, the transaction was smooth, the website was simple to navigate and get exactly what I wanted, and the price was way better than I ever expected. Don't let their methods turn you off - it's actually better - and go with these guys!
