Sam's Red Sox Fun

The game was fun to watch, however, the cost of the seats were outrageous. It was only done because of my Grandsons 16th birthday. Sun was hot and seats were in the sun. The hamburgers that were purchased were full of gristle and were probably the worst we have ever eaton at a ball game.

Spring training tickets from afar

I bought two tickets to a Red Sox spring training game against the Pirates at their facility in Bradenton that I intended to use during a brief trip to visit a friend in Sarasota. When I printed the tickets, I was appalled to find that I had paid close to $100 for two tickets listed at $14 apiece. An absolute rip-off!

To make matters worse, I then broke my wrist and had to cancel my trip. There was no mechanism for me to get the printed tickets to my friend and no refund option.

I will never use TicketNetwork again - a total rip-off!

Sorry to hear you were so unhappy with your experience with us. We are a resale marketplace and tickets that are being resold are sold at market value as opposed to face value. That market value tends to change after initial sale based on how popular the event is. On the front page of our site, we specify that our prices may be above face value. With the tickets you wanted to give to your friend, since they were printed tickets, you could simply scan them and email them to your friend. Sorry again for the inconvenience, Linda.

We purchased tickets guaranteed to be unobstructed. Paid $190 for $125 tickets for Something Rotten at the Academy of Music in Philadelphia. When we sat down, view of stage was completely obstructed. Called immediately but customer service could not do anything. Sent an email the next day - no response from *******@ticketnetwork.com.
If it were possible to rate lower, I would.

Excellent time with daughters

Wrong Location

My experience did not go well. This was in large part due to me, and I accept responsibility for my error.

The website is laid out by event, not location. Unfortunately, as I read across the page, I clicked the the area just above my desired location.

One customer service agent let me know that this particular error happens all the time, however, there is nothing they will do to help the client after the closing of the transaction.

It seems that with a slight adjustment in website design, this problem could be eliminated. That the agent let me know it happens all the time raises speculation that there is some reason they do not make the adjustment.

I am not trying to discredit TicketNetwork. My purpose for writing this review is to let others know to be very careful when ordering and be sure you have the correct location before you pay.

This was a very expensive mistake for me and the tickets were not able to be used. I do not want others make a similar error.

First Ever Internet Review

Bought 4 tickets $480.00. Face $110.00 front row. Blue Jays in Dunedin. I have no problem paying inflated prices. Actually bought 4 more games off of stubhub for higher price. Ticket Network tickets were totally obstructed, all of the front row seats were empty except for us. In order to see anything we had to sit 20 rows up in empty seats. Everybody in the second row told us this happens to suckers every game. I guess that teaches me for not using a reputable ticket reseller like Stubhub BTW on hold with customer service for 20 min while I write this, still no answer

The process for buying the tickets was easy, However, I was really shocked at the final sticker price, as they were not apparent when I chose the tickets. Honestly, I am Ok with people making money, but the processing fee was way too high for this purchase. I was charged over seven dollar for shipping, or mail?. It was a e-download. Seriously, that charge was definitely an over charge.

Bad Experience

We ordered our tickets, paid more than $200 then went to the event. We found out TicketNetwork didn't get the tickets although I was charged and received a receipt.
