Easy Transaction - fees are too high

Awesome night

I took the TRE to AAC for the concert on Saturday. The people around me were all discussing the different prices of tickets. It sucks that people can buy tickets & sell them for an absurd amount when they bought them for half the price. I got a t-shirt & a delicious pizza. After the concert I stood in line@ the TRE.

Fantastic experience

I have no complaints. I ordered a ticket, downloaded it and printed it, sat in an amazing seat and enjoyed an amazing show. I've only used them once, so I don't have much experience to draw from. However, right now, they are batting 1000.

Bryan Adams: Reckless Tour 2015

Venue was great, acoustics/sound were awsome~ seating, sat in 3rd balcony, had to peek head over to see stage/performer. If I had known the auditorium better, would have purchased seating closer to stage. When performer moved to sides of the stage, was unable to see him. Unfortunately, no one in the audience was standing up.
Other than this, *******@Northrup Auditorium was great~

We live in Peru and we love tennis so we decided to go New York to see the finals of us open! When we wanted to buy the tickets there were only sold by resellers so trusting on the reviews we bought in ticketnetwork. The tickets were e tickets that had to be download on 9th September so I did it, but on that day the tickets dos not download so I contact costumer service of ticketnetwork and they say it was a technical failure that was going to be fix. The next day the same and so on. We contact the costumer services almost every day to get the tickets and the lady that answer to us say do not worry when you get to New York you will have the tickets. We arrive in New York one day before the final on the 12 th September and the tickets could not be download. The concierge of the hotel were desperatly helping us! We had to be on the phone almost all the day because the had technical problems! On the day of the final on the 13 th of September Nadine told us that sorry but they had this problem so they could not give us the tickets so they will make a refund! Could you imagine that we only went to New York for this and on the same day they told us sorry! And we had pay the tickets three month in advance! The worst of all is that it has been more that none week since then and we have not had any refund nor any respond! This is the worst web and business that I have ever deal with! Do not buy anything it doesn't worth the risk!

AMERICAN IN PARIS IS OUTSTANDING

The show is well designed and acted. The staging is interesting. The dancing is superb. I have never seen Slaughter on Tenth so well executed.

Buying the tickets was easy. Getting the email to print them took much longer than I was led to believe. And I think the surcharge was heavy.

Great ride through the past along memory lane. Saw the show on Broadway several years ago and really missed the part when Michael returned with the Jackson 5 and did the solo performance with the Moon Walk incorporated. What happened?

Awesome time!

This was the first time for me, my wife, my mother-in-law and father-in-law to attend a game at Fenway Park and it was spectacular! Great seats (just behind the dugout for Tampa Bay at 3rd Base). The Sox fans are the best I have ever seen. Great/high energy. I will be back.

Never got my tickets

I purchased E-Tickets but I did not receive the confirmation Email with Downloadlink for the Tickets. Bad!

I did not get an answer from the customer support when complaining about the missing Tickets. Very bad!

In case that someone might have a look into this issue, ******* that's the order number.

Will pull my money back!

Shania could have continued on singing for a long time! She had an amazing show! I was super happy to attend her show! If I didn't have something going on this weekend, I would be heading to her show in the Twin Cities, too!
