I did not receive my email to download my tickets until 24 hrs before the concert. I had called and was assured they would be sent a week earlier. I was out of town and had a difficult time finding a location to download and print my tickets before the concert. When I contacted customer service, David told me I would just have to find a print shop that could help me. He seemed very dismissive of my issue.
Bit off putting when you don't understand how the on selling system works. I had no cell phone to receive on, and relied on hard copy. The retrieval instructions don't really advise or instruct about venue pick up or what you need to do.
We enjoyed The Cure concert! It was very good and they had a variety of merchandise to buy!

The show was absolutely fabulous/awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed the music, the artistes they were funny and very entertaining
The only problem I had with the show was when the spotlights were shone into the audience, I found they affected my eyes, I think for future shows the spotlights should only be directed to the ceiling or floor.
Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed the show, the gentlemen are exceptionally talented and funny. Hopefully they will come to Toronto with another show soon.

Our experience using TicketNetwork was excellent. The site was comprehensive and easy to use, the prices for the VIP box seat tickets we purchased were great. (so much so that I worried there was a catch!). But the tickets and all of the VIP parking, lounge and dinner passes arrived 2 weeks before the event, the seats were excellent and TicketNetwork delivered what they promised! Will definitely use them again.

Loved the seats and the show. The only problem was it rained on us for hours so the show stopped. We were told to take shelter. The crowd began pushing a running. Being only 5 feet tall I lost the person who rode with me and my brand new Galaxy 7. I'm not from Raleigh so I lost my car as well and I didn't find it until 12 pm. To top it all I got a horrible cold from wearing a lace dress while it poured down on us! I didn't even get to see the second half of the show.
I purchased the tickets for my daughter and her fiance and they said it was a great time at the show. She said they were very good seats.

Not too familiar with Guthrie's layout, but found our seats were at the very back and farthest left possible (the back corner). There wasn't a soul anywhere near us. The price seemed the best, but after the last minute service fee of $12.25 per ticket and the $7.50 delivery fee (electronic?), the sweetness of the deal went away. Upon checking Guthrie's site, could hve gotten a better deal with aisle seats in row C of the same section rather than M. Don't think I'll do this again. The only benefit of where we were in the theater was that we moved about 15 seats right after the show started. The local usher didn't object - I guess he felt sorry for us.
The ordering process was OK. The only reason for the stars.
I never been to a concert in my life until I got a chance to purchase Chris Tomlin tickets and I was the best experience that I ever had. My husband and I enjoyed it. I recommend other families to attend his concert. I was so happy with my decision I will be attending more Christian concerts.

At first I was a bit skeptical because how could I buy Cure tickets for what may be their last tour for $25 each when the after Ticketmaster fees came to around $80 a ticket. I read the good reviews and basically took a leap of faith. Heading to the arena door I was praying the tickets were legit as I had traveled with my son an hour and a half to attend this show. Scanned perfectly and had fabulous seats for this amazing event! Hats off to Ticketsnow for this service, and I will definitely use them again!

Ordering the tickets was deceiving as the picture of the seats was nothing like the actual set up.
Also we paid $138.00American for our ticket each plus exchange. When the ticket was delivered it said $69.00. Not sure why we had to pay so much more.
