Awesome

Concert was great. We ended up sitting in a different spot because there was really not enough room where our seats were. Putting 17 people in one row on the bleachers is crazy, if we would have sat in our seats, it would have been a not so great experience. So we were lucky that the next section over was open. She put on a great show. Definitely worth the money and would go sgain

Summer sixteen tour

I thank ticket network for having these great tickets for the seats I had. I bought them for my daughter who like Future. This was an awesome concert. The smoke and fire and props for s rap concert were amazing to me. Drake and Future entertained their side audience as well so that was a good thing! They sang all the good songs old and new.

Paul McCartney One on One

Had a great time. But our tickets were marked for $39.00 a piece. I paid $192.00 and cannot understand how tickets were over $100.00 more. I know about the processing fee but was disappointed at the total price when people sitting beside us paid $39.00 a piece and a small processing price. Their tickets were from ticket master and mine were from you, but the tickets printed off ticket master with another person's name on it. So I feel like I was ripped off. From now on I will go directly to the box office and not buy from you or ticket master as I feel something is fishy here and I don't like it. I will say our seats were OK and we had so much fun so the total of $192.00 was worth it but when I see others paying much less it does piss me off. I feel that you ticket distributors are rip off artists.

Paul McCartney at Hershey Stadium

We left early. Wouldnt recommend this concert or venue.
Paul played lots of new tunes that no one wanted to hear.
Beer tents closed down while concert was still going on!?

Not sure I will go back to Hershey Stadium for a concert

Never ever ever buy your tickets from a reseller like ticketnetwork.com. The tickets we purchased were sold to multiple people on multiple reseller sites. And because the other people were already in the seats they got to keep them. Lucky for us the venue felt bad for us and gave us other seats but they weren't anything like the ones I had purchased. Apparently this happens all the time. NOT WORTH THE RISK! I would give this review 0 stars if I could. When I emailed ticketnetwork about getting my money back no response so far.

I purchased two tickets to a concert for $670. I got my tickets timely and it was what I paid for. However, when my credit card statement came in, I noticed I was charged TWICE. I called immediately and was told they saw the mistake and would refund me, and it would take 5 - 7 business days. I called back on day 7 after confirming I had not received a refund of the second charge. The guy who answered the phone said he too saw I was charge twice. He put me on hold for 23 minutes and came back to tell me the person I needed to talk to was not there, to call back the next business day. I called back the next business day and was told the second charge had to do with a preauthorization and that charge was voided several weeks earlier, so there was no need for a refund. They told me to call my bank and ask how long it would take for the charge "to fall off." I called my bank and they said both charges went through; nothing was voided. They said I need a refund or I need to report the charge to the fraud department. I immediately called ticketnetwork back and asked for a supervisor. After holding for 12 minutes, someone came on the phone, and said she saw I was charged twice. I asked if she was a supervisor and she admitted she was not. I explained I want a supervisor and was again put back on hold. After another 8 minutes, the same woman came back on the line to tell me that she had checked into it and I was charged twice and she just submitted a credit to my credit card. Given that the first person told me she was refunding me and that didn't happen, I am not waiting another 5 to 7 business days to see if they actually credited my account. I will go ahead and report the second charge as fraud. I am a reasonable person; mistakes can happen. But their handling of their mistake was the poorest customer service I have ever received. And when they are not even willing to get a supervisor on the line, I am suspect of the whole company. There are many other ticket outlets out there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON TICKETNETWORK.

The seats that I bought was very reasonable and I was able to buy tickets for my friends and I last minute. The concert was great and the seats were awesome. Buying them was painless and sales reps.we're very helpful. Definitely use ticketnetwork again.

Paul was awesome

Now Paul was awesome, but the venue leaves plenty to be desired. I was in the grandstand, the acoustics are horrendous, I was so disappointed. I was also completely unimpressed with all the pot being smoked around me and cigarettes, I was in shock that those behaviors were not stopped. I will not return for any future concerts.

Disappointment

The concert was great, but buying expensive tickets that were misrepresented as being front row and having seat numbers is unconscionable. I am pursuing through Harrah's casino and event center ways to prevent this type of fraud from occurring again. For people who have not been to Stir Cove before, they have no idea there is no rows, sections or seat numbers and that it is first come first serve for entrance into the venue. Additionally, I will ensure that people are made aware that there is a base ticket price and that anything over that price is basically scalping.

I purchased tickets online in April & found out in May our vacation had to be cancelled. I had bought insurance, but it did not cover our reason for needing to cancel. I emailed in June (a month before concert) Flat Rate Tickets requesting they please resell our tickets for us, as I read they did not give refunds. I never received a response. We received the etickets 2 weeks before the concert & were unable to sell them. $1600 gone! Bad experience. Will never order through Ticket Network again.

I ordered tickets to dmb in February, I chose willcall pickup due to the fact that my tickets would be mailed to my home in Florida. I was seeing the show in Saratoga springs and was already in Ny before said delivery date. A week before show I received an email saying to call regarding tickets. I called, I was told that the willcall at SPAC was unreliable. Ok I'm in Ny. From that point on I was on a first name bases with a guy named Mike. He was very busy and would call me back. He didn't, I called again. And again and again. 4 hours before the concert I had no tickets in hand and no reassurance that they would be at willcall. I called again with the response that we are very busy, short staffed, and I'll call you back. Unacceptable, I kept Mike on the phone until I could get something solid out of his mouth. He ended up finding me new seats in the last row of the balcony with an obstructed view. He agreed to refund 400.00 to my visa. I met with a very nice girl at the venue 2 1/2 hours before the show. Come to find out she was mike's sister. I'm not sure if he sold me out and sold off my original tickets but they were on the lower level unobstructed. I was very disappointed in this ticket network. I did see or hear the show but the stress to receive these tickets and explain to my friends why the seats changed was rediculous.
