I bought what I thought was a game ticket, but it ending up being a ticket for parking. Fortunately, it didn't cost much, and I found out a few days before the game. Still, it was disappointing, as one could imagine.

I would just kindly like to mention though, that being a short person it was not possible to see the dancers feet from our seats, and when choosing our seats on line we didn't know that. The orchestra pits' wall was too high... if the seating was just a bit further back, or the wall was about 6 inches lower it would make it possible to accommodate a shorter audience. We were straining to see our best. I'm aware the design of the building is probably standard, however if any renovations were to be made this might be a possible consideration. If we had known, we would have probably picked a row further back, since it did take away from the overall otherwise brilliant performance.
I would recommend that others go to this fantastic performance!

I bought and have a receipt for 5 tickets to TSO section 28U. When I downloaded the tickets a few weeks before the show I discovered they had been switched to 31U which was a SIDEview. Terrible seats.
When I called, customer service played it off as an upgrade. NO. Also, I was never asked if I accepted the "upgrade." The other 4 people with me hated the seats and complained to me the enter time. I have NEVER not received the tickets I purchased. Not happy and filing a complaint.
It was a wonderful and enjoyable show as my great granddaughter was taking part. My purchasing the tickets was a wonderful experience the sales person was very caring and understanding and even helped me to tell me how to print my tickets off line. It was a very wonderful experience and if something comes up in the future I would do the same way again.

Had a good time with my younger children who really enjoyed the show.
The concert was the BEST. In comparison of last years: I would rate last year as a 5-6 but O Last night was definitely a 10. It was Awesome! I would really hesitate in ordering my tickets from ticket network again. I will have to find another way to get the tickets.

Chrissie Hynde was amazing, she totally rocked and stole the show. They did everthing a Pretenders fan could want. Stevie Nicks sounded ok but talked way way way too much. She lost the crowd with her long boring stories between each song.
Tried to see Meghan Trainor at Mohegan Sun but she was ill. Requested a refund at Mohegan since they were doing it but since we didn't buy directly with them they said we needed to contact Flat Tickets. Called and was told no one was there from the sales department send an email. I sent an email and still no response.
Very good concert I would love to see them again I've been waiting forever to see the both of them and I'm glad I got the chance to see him thank you so much

I was called 3 times trying to rearrange my tickets because the tickets I tried to purchase on-line were not available. The final time was at 625pm when the doors open at 630 that my tickets were not available and my card would not be charged. There are still 2 pending transactions from your company on my card. Terrible experience!

We should have been told their was no video screen to see her She was like an ant. And sound was terrible at RG arena. We saw her at Verison center and Toyota Center before and it was wonderful. If I knew there were no way to view her and even hear her, I would not have gone..
I have waited for this concert for 5 years to get everyone together to go. My nearly deaf mother took her hearing aids out after song 1 and had her hands over her ears most of the nights with my daughter. If I were a plant, I would have wilted from the dissonance and noise. I have their CDs and DVDS and love them but in person it was an expensive waste. We left early. If only they would have turned the volume down about 30%, it would have been amazing. What I hoped would be a tradition, is a 'never again.'
Was one of the main reason we travelled to New York from Montreal and we did not regret it.
