The website said to expect a delivery date of anything from 5-25 days. After 25 days, I wrote their customer service number to ask why my order was delayed and the tracking information suggested that the order was still in China. Not receiving a reply, I resent the email again. No reply. I resent it again after 35 days. I am not accusing anyone of anything and am willing to be patient in the circumstances, but customer service would be appreciated. Surely it should be possible to find out where my order is, why it is still in China and when it might arrive.
I bought a amethyst mala recently. I received it on time even thou the coronavirus delayed all mails. My bracelet is amazing. It came exactly as is shown in the picture on the web.
I truly recommend their beautiful jewelry. I am happy wear it all time.

I saw a picture of the bracelet I ordered on Facebook. To say the least, I'm very skeptical about anything I see on Facebook. As I look down at my wrist with this beautiful leather wrapped bracelet with the green stone, I can't believe the quality of this piece of jewelry. Love it.
The silver color lotus had a black material on it. After I couldn't restore the color with washing, I had many emails back and forth. After many assurances that this was normal or I may have damaged it with cleaning, I threatened to post bad reviews and call Paypal. They then refunded me 25%, which was very fair. The rest of the bracelet is very pretty.

I was not aware of the repeated sub model by this vendor. I get it's on your site but the targeted ad from IG was misleading as the real point of entry of this business model is a reoccurring subscription and not the merchandize. That should be the primary call to action not this bait and switch. Also, their FAQ portal with the option to cancel membership is reporting the error" UNDER MAINTENANCE - CHECK BACK SOON" which also a sign of shoddy management and maintenance. I will never purchase another item from them as this model eroded any trust I have in them and I will tell everyone I know.
I ordered over two months ago. A month ago, I started emailing the company trying to find the status of my package. I have been given the runaround, telling me it was "held up in transit," without any specific details. Most recently, they blamed the delay on coronavirus, despite my package supposedly being in transit weeks before coronavirus became a problem. I have emailed them numerous times, and the response is always "kindly asking for your patience" as though reading from a script. They don't provide any specific details as to where my package is. This company is not transparent, never provides a tracking number or any specific tracking details. I sent a final email this morning, assertively demanding they give me an update on my package, or issue me an immediate refund. This email posted below was the response I got in return. Stay away. They are stealing people's hard earned money.

At 1 month, it is correct that your package would have still been in transit because our shipping time is closer to 2 months now. We provide a tracking number for all orders, so claiming that we didn't provide a tracking number is not correct.

Before you order from this company - be careful to read every word on the website - they hide their shipping and returns policy in the FAQ section. I ordered 2 bracelets then received an email that it would be 2 - 4 weeks shipping. I asked to cancel since they were birthday presents. I was told that they couldn't cancel my order and that if I wanted to return the items, I would not only have to pay shipping BUT customs fees as well. I feel that this is deceitful marketing. Who expects in this day and age to wait 4 weeks for a product then pay shipping and customs to return. Bottom Line - its been 2 months and I never received the bracelets.
I ordered 4 brackets a month ago. Big surprise! I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! There is no phone number to contact them. I get the same lies on every email. " it's in shipping. It's on it's way. It's because of covid". Like many others... I wish I had read the reviews. Now I'm taking legal action against them. I have paid and they did not send so that is STEALING! Lesson learnt.

Cannot get any information and they will not refund. They keep sending notices with a tracking number which is indecipherable (in Chinese) now they send me a new tracking number that shows 70 days in transit.
I've ordered several wraps and Mala bracelets. LOVE each and every one of them! Shipping takes some time, and I'm still waiting on a partial order ( only 1 of the 2 bracelets I ordered was received), but the quality it Outstanding and I couldn't be happier!

I ordered on January 31st and STILL have yet to receive my order. Beware that your order is NOT guaranteed even with tracking which means that if you don't receive it they will not refund your money. I had to go through so much red tape with this company and they refused to cancel my order or refund my money. Currently working with PayPal disputes for an appeal. A real disappointment that I had to deal with this frustration to this extent and the Corona ordeal is NOT the justification of delay considering I should have received my order way before this made headlines. Answer: They are quick to respond to email, but the content is not truthful. They promise to follow up, or that your merchandise is on the way, or "please just give it a few more days". I waited 1.5 months and have several emails with promises from them that they would deliver my product or refund my money and neither has happened.
Answer: It's fake stones. Many other companies are better.
