The Star Poster

It's the aluminum material and the clean perfect lettering and map that makes it all worthwhile. She was astonished touched and bemused by the technique. Our love embedded forever. If yours doesn't like it - leave her!

Beautiful product. Poster paper is thick and smooth. Came in a picture tube and rolled out nicely it wasn't rolled too tight and laid out flat after being rolled the opposite way. I just wish they had different size options.

I am very pleased with the star poster. It's going to be a gift for my niece who is getting married next year.

Delivery time was unbelievably quick and the packaging was quite impressive in order to avoid any damage complaints. As for the product, the quality and finish of the poster was impressive and met the standards i had set when i ordered from the star poster.

The company were very helpful and prompt in replying to my concern that the original poster was rippled under the glass. However the replacement poster provided was too large for the frame. Leaving no option to iron out the ripples and stay with the original. Disappointing result for a special birthday gift.

Site was somewhat hard to navigate. I saw another site that offered a star poster that had more options but I checked some other sites couldn't get back to it. I suspected the second site might have also been yours. Still, it was a great present, well packed and came without a dent or a scratch!

Unfortunately our framed poster came with scratches on the glass, marks on the poster itself, and on the frame. For the hefty cost I would expect it to be free of marks and inconsistencies.

Update:
Customer service was quick to respond to my review and offer a replacement, which I appreciate. They asked that I update my review once receiving the replacement. They promised to do a better job with packaging, but there was no difference to how it was packaged. Unfortunately the replacement came with scratches and marks as well. Most of the scratches seem to be directly on the poster, so this is not a delivery issue, but instead a manufacturing issue. Very frustrating for an item that was not inexpensive by any means.

When I first ordered it, it took a while for it to be delivered. So I emailed the company and she resolved the issue. I love the poster and I know not boyfriend will too. I didn't realize how big it was until I received but it looks better then small

The interface of the website was super easy to make the poster. All confirmation and shipping updates were sent quickly and effectively. I even received my poster before it was estimated to arrive. Great product!

The ordering process was easy. I made a mistake on the customization, I contacted customer service and they were able to help me fix it. Shipping was extremely fast and the poster is perfect! I can't wait to hang it up!

The process was so easy, I as expecting a cheap product. Upon opening the package I was completely impressed.

Purchased what was started to be one size got much smaller product showed receipt that stated the size I purchased and got told they wouldn't help out with my $#*! Xmas as their $#*! up ruined wife's xmas. They admitted to the size being incorrect in email to only later in email backtrack and state inches as the only size. When I asked for my money back they told me that the products are personal and that couldn't be done. Very disappointed with the response from "customer service" as they seem to mock me as they choose. If this post makes 2 people not purchase this product it's do its job.
