So disappointed. We ordered two, one for us and one for my brother and his soon to be wife. Both prints arrived on paper that had marks and dents. The acrylic was scratched and marked. The paint on the frame was just peeling off. Honest save your money.
Easy to design and customise. Fast shipping! Beautiful product, arrived damaged however. Would suggest more adequate packaging material as bubble wrap on the metal poster did not protect it from dints. Have a submitted an enquiry.
I was very happy with my order my daughter is going to love it for her 18th birthday.
But the poster edge came a bit damaged. Definitely needs to be framed

Poster was wrinkled and frame nails poked holes i poster as well. I have a video evidence to support this finding. This does not appear to be "museum quality poster paper " as advertised. We do love the star print but it is not worth what we paid.
No regrets, 10/10 experience and appreciation for this, easy to order and even easier to get printed.

Thank you to The Star Poster for such quality product and customer service. I had a concern that they contacted me straight away and cleared up for me. As It was not the companies fault they were very helpful and understanding and I would not hesitate dealing with them again.
The picture quality is great, just disappointed in the fitting of the frame, maybe it needs another layer to minimise the movement? It is a tad flimsy, so need to be careful when handling.

Great quality digital files, gorgeous layout, they were very quick to email me the files on payment! My mum absolutely loves this gift, it is so meaningful and looks great! I love all of the options available for the display, and appreciate that you are cheaper than other star map websites around - but the quality/look is the same if not better!
