I paid for promotion and I received the 1st email; asking for a blog write up and bio. Send the email back in less then 24 hours. Its going on 8 days late and I haven't receive anything after 3 total emails and one tweet to contact them. This is a rip off and its sucks I spent 30 bucks; excepting to get some exposure for my newest track on soundcloud. DONT TRUST ITS FRAUDULENT.! If anybody have questions about this service just contact me by twitter;@NedxMiller Im serious don't waste your time, headache or money. I didn't believe some of the post because the 1st email they sent me went to spam and I didn't notice it.

I can only assume the four previous positive reviews that this website/service got, were posted in advance either by the scammer or his associates, to make the service look legitimate to unsuspecting newcomers. Notice that three of those four positive reviews are from several months ago, while all but one of of the negative reviews are very recent for this month of June.

I paid for Juss Russ promotion services for my two songs. They sent an email the next day requesting a few details about myself "in order to better service" me. I sent the requested details... and have not heard anything from them since, after well over a month. At first I thought it was just me having an issue of delay, so I remained patient for a few weeks... but after coming across all the recent reviews posted here, I feel comfortable saying this service is a scam. I repeatedly sent messages to two of their contact emails during those first few weeks, with no response. Their phone number doesn't work.

I've accepted losing the money; thankfully it wasn't that much. But it's the principle. I'm currently doing my own personal investigations...

Stay away from this fake 'service'.

This is my before experience - meaning I'm in the process of using the service. It will end on Thursday and I SHOULD have an analysis report back by then. I purchased the Soundcloud Professional package which gives you 7 days of: Song promotion, one email blast to 2K subscribers, they guarantee real human listeners, you get a report upon completion, submission to indie music blogs, and 24 hour customer email support. So far I've attempted contact (email only as their number isn't real) and they haven't responded - It's day 4. I'm sure they haven't done an email blast as my sound cloud analytics hasn't moved. So I'm wondering if they're even in business and if I should just get my money back through my bank account...

Don't bother using them - It's probably just a scam. I'll write another review when Thursday comes.

This company has the best service of any digital marketing services I've ever used. They did exactly what they propose on their website, which was got me real feedback from real individuals. They even included different stats to show me the growth of my project, and the customer service was phenomenal. Any questions I had, they answered, and they worried any concerns that I had as well. Truly a company to do continued business with.

For me personally I hate companies that over-sell you on their products and services. This company was the complete opposite. I haven't even purchased anything from them yet but was able to speak with 'a campaign specialist - think' over the phone at one of their listed numbers and swear I asked like 30 questions and spoke with someone for close to 30 minutes and they didn't even rush me off. Very polite workers... So for me whether their service works or not 'Ill have to give it a try' but I did appreciate getting my questions answered and the ease of being able to contact someone.

This company gives me complete mixed feelings. On one hand I wanted to get frustrated and on the second hand I wanted to give them a hug. So first off, I was extremely excited when I got my first email reply after purchasing just confirming it was received and explaining what was needed from me. So, cool good stuff at this point i'm really feeling like I made a good choice considering the 30 other sites I could do my music promotion, Yo-PR being the other one I use at times, but not as much recently.

Anyways, I sent the info they requested and got an email back confirming they received it and why they asked for that specific info and basically it was to "better service" my campaign. No problem, at this point i'm really excited and got an estimated time frame for when the promotion would start.

I'd say it has been maybe five days later I got an email, so it was late, I called and got no answer at times which I could understand being that (they are an appointment based outbound call company) meaning it will probably be difficult calling in and reaching anyone at times. Anyways, I was upset because I was ready for my first weeks data report, links and other things they said they include but never got it.

However I did notice my engagement increasing, and since I have a Soundcloud PRO account I could verify where the plays and people were coming from. So there is no tricking me when it comes to real plays etc. So to my surprise I saw that some traffic had come from a link from their site I never got. I reached out and finally got an appointment with one of their staff. They explained the delays and brought me back up to speed. Within 24 hours I got my report, which was similar to what I could see with a Soundcloud PRO account, traffic, locations, clicks etc.

So at this point I am continuing my campaign and will keep you posted on any bad business. As always watch out for the fakes!
