I have ordered a Jacket along with jeans during Christmas sale from The JTstore and got delivered in 6 days as promised. Quality of fabric is good. Appearance of the product is same as shown on the website. But size of the jacket was a bit bigger for me so i complained about my issue and they got it replaced within 2 days. Jtstore is a Good Service provider. Very friendly customer care service which helps you and make your shopping experience better.

I ordered 2 kurti through Jtstore recently. I do not trust online shopping, but this time the already installed app of Jtstore in my new mobile looked quite interesting. I selected few kurti among which I ordered two, just to check the quality of the material. The material looked very good and to my surprise the fabric which got delivered to me was same as it looked in the picture. JTstore app tracking is a nice feature it helped me keep tracks of the delivery of my Kurti.

Recently I purchased a mobile phone, unfortunately, the instant discount is not applied properly. For that, I called customer support, and complaint about the issue, but he didn't understand the issue. I asked him to connect to his supervisor and the call to his boss and he understood my issue clearly and redirected to his tech team. They reviewed my issue and refunded the eligible cashback my account within a week time.

Jtstore is very useful app especially for working women's as they will not be having enough time for shopping. Well, few days back I was about to attain a wedding so was searching for something that I can wear to a wedding so i was searching online & I came across jt store, firstly I was not sure about ordering something from JT store, but then I saw a awesome dress it was so nice I didn't control myself from ordering it, but I was not sure that I will look good or not about the size and all so for backup purpose I purchased a dress from a shop too. I am a frequent Jtstore shopper for 1 year now. Anytime I ever had an issue, their customer service has always been very friendly and helpful and solves my issue every time. Also, any issues I did ever have was almost always related to delivery and not Jtstore itself but they always rectify the problem anyway. Prices are usually better than anywhere else on a lot of things and you can literally find anything. I can't even think about online shopping without Jtstore.

Requested the printer next day as my existing printer (same model) had conked off and I urgently needed replacement, and JTStore delivery was perfect, as usual. Nicely packaged though Samsung also does a good job at packing.

I have been using this model for the last 5 years with almost no complaints/repairs so I repeated this time around.

The machine is extremely easy to use, plug n play and very simple to assemble.

Wanted to share my purchasing experience from JT store. JT store which is quite brilliant in his product delivery. I bought an LG 1 TON INVERTER (3 STAR) SPLIT AC...

The AC is nice and working fine after 2 weeks of use.

1. Nicely cools my 12*13 room in 10 minutes on normal cooling. Takes less than 5 minutes to cool using the Himalayan cool feature.

2. Vertical air flow movement of the fin is there. No horizontal movement.

3. Himalayan Cool feature is nice

4. AC self-clean feature is nice to have

5. AC has the 3M filter too with normal filters.
