The First Group

I got a message when I was in the middle of a stopover in Istanbul. A member of the hotel was concerned about our arrival, all this to discover because Nour planned for us a romantic set up decoration to surprise us, Nothing to say it was an impeccable suite as in the photos. I was there in July, I would simply like to say thank Ms. Nour who also speaks fluent French in addition to listening from our arrival until our departure. If I come back to Dubai it has to be this hotel. In addition, the view from our suite was simply magnificent and this balcony. Thank you to the whole team of this establishment. Without forgetting anyone!

First group never show you the property that you might stay in. They just mention possible of three hotel around Dubai. They never tell you if you want to cancel your agreement you must do so in so many days. So I hope all is well in the future.

I was very happy to undergo the benefits of investing in Dubai. I was actually trying to figure out how I would invest in real estates and I think I will invest in a hotel room purchase.

I have not received any response to my travel request. I called Mohamed Samir so many times at *******646 but no response. We have paid in full one year ago and we are worried that we will not be able to use it when we need. Hope it is not scam. I may have to report if we do not get a response.

The First Group introduced me to their upcoming Ciel Hotel, Dubai. I learned that TFG is offering room units for sale to investors. I like Ciel a lot - great location, upmarket clientele profile and great architecture.
In the end, I did not proceed but only because I decided I was not ready to invest into Dubai yet. I feel I need to become more knowledgeable first.

Well the consultant showed his good professional skills despite some misunderstanding previously, he has been very helpful and hope he continue moving forward in his career, he also showed the great performance of his company

I would like to make a positive review but unfortunately since investing with The First Group I have never been told the truth about my investment and still to date when I've been reasonable with correspondence and payments I'm no further forward. Read the reviews investors especially the lower score as they are a better reflection of the truth.

Not impressed. I feel I was mislead by the process - not sales agent fault. Everyone was really friendly including sale agent and was made to feel important and royal until I mentioned that I need sleep on it before making decision. I felt that way more than 3 people were involved in sales process and things seem to be fake. Do you the fact that I did not sign, I was seriously considering until the way the exit occured. The exit strategy was not comfortable at all and extremely awkward. It was like walk of shame because I did not sign. A walk of shame including the ride back with taxi. I did not appreciate at all. And for that reason I would not want to associated with the first group or even accept their 2 free hotel nights which is also about misleading. In the end because of this uncomfortable feeling, I am happy I did not take the package, because I how I was made to feel when I left the hotel. Not a good feeling at all. Amazing hospitality in the beginning but not for exit.

We are travelling with two other couples who bought the same package. We have to being staying in the same Hotel and have the same dates. This is not negotiable. We need this confirmation urgently so that we can book out tickets with Emirates.

Check the return of investment before you sign any contract with them. It will be much helpful if you find real investor to ask about the revenue. I will try to keep the community updated on my investment. My project is called The Place at Dubai Marina. They distribute profits every 6 months so far in 2021-2022 first 6 months was 27 k dirhams and second 6 months was 12 k dirhams so return of investment of is 2.6 %. In 2020 -2021 was nothing because of Covid-19 they said.

It was a beautiful day and there is professionalism in dealing, especially the person assigned to deal with me in a record time. He was able to introduce me to the great work that the group is doing, and the next one is better. Thank you for the good reception the staff
