I've purchased a few templates from templatemonster now. I can say without a doubt the customer service is spot on. I did not however have great success with their SEO packages, but all other packages were top notch. I highly recommend! P.S. Lori was outstanding
I was going round and round choosing between layouts as there obviously are dozens of options whatever may be your niche. He gave me the gentle push I needed by recommending one quickly that is clean, neat, a lot like msn.com, which is what I wanted, and then quickly steered me toward a sufficient hosting site. Thanks! No more treading tires waiting to GO. Now it's green light and accelerator.

Was considering one of their superb templates. But reviews online are awful, chat support was not very useful (other than "buy hosting too").

I signed up for their ONE subscription over a year ago without signing on for auto-renewal. When the subscription ended, I did not want to renew because it was a nightmare - with their sales team promising what their tech team can't deliver. However, without pre-approval, they charged my card again for another year's subscription, and refused to give me the full refund which I have been demanding for this past 3 months, despite my not having used the subscription. I have been dealing with a Daniel Dawson who claims to be the boss, but does not bother to read his e-mails carefully, but parrots the company's "no refund" policy over and over again. Pity there is no negative star rating!

4. Personal manager ignores letters
5. Contacting management is not possible

I'm surprised there are so many negative reviews of TemplateMonster. I've had just excellent experience with them. I may definitely say they are the best company to choose templates from! They provide good products and support. Their team is very polite and always helps me with any problem I have. Just positive impressions. Try them once and you'll never go anywhere else!
Had big problems with my site & Word Press. It essentially was not Template Monster's product, that caused the problem, however they had it repaired in a matter of a few emails and online discussions. Great outcome. :)
You never get your money back even if the product doesn't work. And at some point you don't get any feedback from support at all. This borders on fraud.
And negative reviews about a product are suppressed.
I can only advise anyone not to buy anything there that they haven't had a chance to try out properly.
I have already bought the third template and every time I am surprised at the very attentive attitude towards my person. Now for me there are no questions where to buy a site template - only in TemplateMonster.
Template Monster provides to my company the best templates to Wordpress. Includes SEO, responsive, nice images, good price. Also support is awesome, never had a problem without a solution. I really can't understand the bad reviews to TM in this website, totally fake.

I am so fed up tonight,, 3 hours I have spent with useless tech support, all I want to do is free up one license and buy 5 more... Its simply impossible 3 hours! And I am still in chat right now! It's ludicrous! REALLY guys spend your money elsewhere. The ONE model is a complete joke too do not get sucked into that trap and don't use it if you do as you won't get your money back. The whole thing has gone south this year I have no idea why they were fine once. But now they owe me 3 hours so I owe them plenty of reviews.
In today's digital / automated moment we live in an actual human was available to address my concerns. Looking forward to getting the product installed and working without issues but in case of hiccups I hope support will be as timely and impressive.
