I've messaged and called fedex multiple times. No one was willing to help.
I ordered matching Rudolf sweatshirts for my 6 yr. Old daughter and me to wear Christmas Eve. She was very disappointed. Sweatshirts $29 a piece. Paid in full and no product. Company should have made it right or contacted fedex to make it right.

Ordering was easy. Received rather quickly. Runs small. It is a nice shirt but not what I thought it would be. I ordered up a size and still too small. Since I ordered as a guest and did not sign in to my account, I can't find a way to return it.

I absolutely LOVE my shirts! I just wish that I would have been sent an email that 1 of the shirts I ordered was out of stock. I did not find out until the order was delivered and was not credited until several days after my delivery arrived.

I ordered 3 shirts. Two of the three shirts had decals coming off in multiple places. If you want to return them, you have to pay shipping and then are only offered store credit. Highly disappointed!

I received my secure packaged tee shirts for my team. The process has been effortless.

I love my shirts and cardigans. They are great quality and are as pictured. My reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is shipping was slow. (11 days) I was surprised by the slowness this time as I have ordered in the past. I will continue to be a repeat customer

I love the quality of the tees. Very nice. However there was very little verification about confirming my order and it takes a while to arrive.

So glad to receive my tees for Christmas to show everyone! Always tell them where I purchased them! One is a gift and I know she is going to love it!

Loved everything even though it seems like it took a while to get it but I have patience lol. I did order quite a bit of stuff so I understand. But everything was how it was suppose to be. My shirts all fit comfortably and packaged neatly.

I appreciate that the sizes are true plus sizes unlike items that you find on other websites/online stores. It is frustrating when that happens. Nearly every item I have ordered over the past year or so has exceeded my expectations!

I was very pleased with customer service I had order the wrong size tee so I immediately called and they changed my order pronto and sent me a revised order from. And I love my tee.

The shirts came on a very timely manner! The shirts I order are always soft and comfortable.
