Seemed like a return to great on-line shopping experiences of the past... shipment arrived in 2 days! And it was exactly what I ordered! Woo-Hoo! Lately, orders from most vendors (including Amazon Prime) take so long to arrive, I forgot I placed the order!

Easy to sort through their products and super easy checkout process. I was happy with the shipping and appreciated the emails letting me know where my package was. We got hit with a snow storm so packages got delayed and I received a email from UPS saying it would be there within the next business day. Shortly after I got an email from Tack Room Online asking if I received it. I appreciate them being on top of making sure packages arrive on time!
The tack rooms customer service is top notch! They took the time to personally call rather than send a generic email to me to confirm proper sizing after I ordered. The woman was very kind and patiently answered my additional questions about the boots. I received my order very quickly especially since they shipped across the continent to get here.

Delivery was super fast at this busy time. The shipping amount was corrected automatically, as it was a gift card and not a package. Only thing I might change would be for the higher service charge not to ring up in the first place
This shop created the name plates, attached them and shipped my collars within a day or so. I didn't expect them to come so fast so that was exciting! Also, I messed up my personalization and they thoughtfully called me to clarify what I wanted before engraving. They were very nice and I really appreciated the customer service. I will be ordering from this store again!

The website is easy to navigate and have purchased a couple of times so far from here and haven't had an issue except for one item. That item was a plush horse and what I received didn't look like the picture on the website. Other than that, haven't had any issues ordering.

The ariat dog blanket is a perfect fit. The quality is the same as any ariat jacket you would by for yourself. It add just the right amount of warm on a windy day and keeps your dog relatively clean if he decided to roll around. If they had other colors I'd by them all.

Three of the soap bottles were leaking when they arrived - the tops press wand had spun open. Maybe taping the tops in the locked position in future shipping would help other customers?
