I was shipped and charged for a duplicate order. It was a gift. They opened both boxes and were happy to receive all the items. How was I to say 'oh I didn't want to spend that much money on you '. So I was stuck. I will definitely think twice before I place another order.
The order took 2 weeks to create a shipping label. In the mean time I cancelled the order via email as there is no one taking calls in the entire company. No one responded. The order shipped anyway. I was forced to purchase the products else where because I needed it prior to leaving town for vacation.
So far so good.
Recommended by a friend. I hope the product I ordered is what I am looking for.

Placed my order and paid the extra fee to have the items expedited due to a tournament. Did not receive on the day that was expected. I called and was told the items did not even ship yet and they had no actual reason why it did not. They refunded the extra fee to have it shipped but that's beyond the point - the tournament is over...
The product I ordered took a little while to get here because it was out of stock at the time which means I had to wait a while for it to be back in stock. My order arrived as described on the website and was undamaged upon delivery.
The cart experience could stand improvement. The +/- system is glitchy and skips from 1 to 3 to 5 while trying to add items. Skips right over 2 and 4. Also when you try to go back to select a different color of the same lure it's confusing and requires starting all over from scratch. Still love the site, just trying to leave feedback!
Tackle direct is great store. I've bought several things from them and delivery is quick and dependable. I once received the wrong item because of a listing error and they were very gracious in correcting the error very efficiently and quickly. TackllDirect is a great company with which to order all your fishing needs.
Original item ordered was out of stock. Spoke with customer service and they walked me through the product line and helped me pick a different model. The model they picked was actually better suited for my needs!

Products are of great quality at a reasonable price. I have 2 of the boating bags that I use for foul weather gear and PFD's as well as smaller items. Very convenient to keep necessities organized prior to and after a day on the boat.
It was a great experience. If I remember correctly, there were some limitations in color when I ordered the product, as in TackleDirect was out of a color or two. That would be my only complaint. Thank you
I ordered 2 squad minnows said available. I received 1. Yes I was refunded for the other 1. But know your inventory this lure is tough to find in the color I wanted. I believe jackal discontinued this lure, so I was very disappointed when I could only get one
I bought the hooks of mustad company with code *******, it really has a great shape, but there is no resistance on the products quality. About after a day of fishing they are completely destroyed and useless.
Also the delivery company has really high charges.

They usually have a quick delivery time and sturdy packaging for rods. The only problem I've had is some items that are listed as in stock aren't really in stock, and the wait can be a bit long in those cases. Overall a great company.
Service was polite, but couldn't provide any assistance as to the location of my rod except USPS has it and they are slower with rod packages for some reason. Rod was finally delivered and special tube was even busted in the middle. Rod appears to be unharmed though.

Ordered a accurate tern 300 hoping to get the smallest tern they offer. Well I get the package in the mail on the box it says 300, I open it up and inside is a tern 500. Which is the biggest tern they offer at the moment. Needless to say I used the 500 because I had a fishing trip I was going on and wanted to use the new star drag reel from accurate since it just came out. Will definitely order a 300 soon when I save up some more fishing funds and hope that I get the correct one this time. Thanks
Guys need to get better on your shipping. I ordered a real has not shipped I sent an email to get an ETA no response. I know Corona slowed everything up but communication is key. I have a fishing trip coming up and no reel!
