If wish I would have known this info before ordering my daughter's prom dress. I am currently waiting for the dress. I paid for it to be delivered by April 5, however I received a text from the shipping company stating it will not be delivered until end of day April 7, which is too late. THE RED FLAG IS, THERE'S NO CONTACT NUMBER, ONLY LIVE CHAT(SOMETIMES) AND EMAIL. YOU CAN BARELY COMMUNICATE WITH THIS COMPANY. I RECEIVED AN APOLOGY AND A DISCOUNT FOR MY NEXT PURCHASE. REALLY! BUY A DRESS FROM A BRICK AND MORTAR STORE AND RUN FROM BUSINESSES LIKE THESE!
I got my dress in today and it's literally a joke. It doesn't look ANYTHING like the picture, it's so poorly sewen and the quality is so cheap if i sat down it would rip. ALSO ITS SO SEE THROUGH! I also got custom measurements but it's like they didn't even acknowledge them because it doesn't even fit either? Please don't waste your money that's $300 down the drain for me! (i'd post a pic of my dress but you can see everything underneath cause the fabrics that trash)
The only thing worse than the dress is their customer service. The dress I received doesn't fit and secondly there are two round white circles that move around where my boobs are suppose to be.
I ordered a dress at the beginning of April and was told at order time it would be ready and shipped out on April 15th. It's now the end of April and i have not received the dress and no response to the emails I have sent requesting information on the status because there is no contact phone number. There was no problem taking my money immediately! Should have trusted my gut and stayed away from this company. Clearly they are scamming innocent people and stealing their money! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
My dress I got was for my wedding and they did a amazing job it looks exactly like the pictures I also got my Daughters dress and hers fit like a glove thank u for making sure it got to me on time I will definitely shop here again
They basically false advertise you & will do everything in There power to not give you your money back. Communication suck and they take 2 days or more to respond.

I had concerns about the arrival time but they contacted me and eased my stress and assured it would arrive on time. The altering was just right for my size. It also came with a little necklace

I was a little scared to order my dress not knowing how it would look in person or even if it fit me, I took the chance and ordered it and it came out better then I expected, all night I got asked where I got my dress and everyone gave me compliments I was overall very pleased and can't wait to order my next dress!
During prom season; and my search for a dress i had seen so many beautiful dresses online (not specifically from suzhoudress) while i was scrolling through my instagram feed. The options online are endless. Finally after attempting to get something in store i decided i would just order it online, and I had seen so many real people posting pictures of their dresses from suzhoudress, so i hoped for the best and ordered it. When my dress came in i have to say i was super dissatisfied but that was also just me being dramatic lol. The dress was exactly as i ordered it and you can get the dress custom made if you put it your measurements in but i decided to just get a size and go to a seamstress if i had any problems. Long story short i went to get it tailored and that was when i fell in love with the dress. I would definitely, 100% order from this site again, they were amazing and if you are thinking about ordering online but you are sort of skeptical about it and i assure you this is the way to go.
I will never order from this company ever again and I won't let anyone I know order fRon here either. I got my dress in the mail tried it on the beast pads were so uneven and it didn't fit (I ordered a size bigger) I asked to return it and get my money back like the police said when I ordered the dress. I am now stuck with a dress I cannot wear and down $153. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
If I could give them 0 stars I would have. The quality is horrific, everything about their products is very poor. I would definitely not recommend this website at all.

This company is so unprofessional! Not willing to refund a dress that had a grease stain. NEVER NEVER ORDER! Pay the extra money to get better quality and service. Pays off in the end.
I ordered my dress and it came. I was only concerned because I didn't hear anything from them until two days before it arrived. Other than that, they are good. I love my dress.
