So I want to address some issues that I have seen listed here that I KNOW aren't true. Their customer service is NOT bots. It's real people. I know because I talk to them almost every week due to CONSTANTLY having to report the fraudulent reviews being run. That is definitely happening. It does get frustrating and discouraging. BUT they DO have a place for you to report it and sometimes it DOES result in them giving you full rewards if you are able to get a screen shot of your completed or almost completed survey. It's not scam. It's really the BEST sight for legitimate surveys and they pay out the most money because they are NOT one company that is paying you pennies to give up your personal info to be sold. They are a clearing house that put people who want to get paid to take surveys with companies who want to give them! And they have their system set up to motivate everyone who is on their platform to take at least 5 surveys a day. It's a great business model! HOWEVER- there needs to better quality control on the companies providing surveys. Because some of them WILL try to get as much info as possible and then not pay you for your time. There are three big companies on there that no only try to lure you in with high payouts for small amounts of time? But will also then try to throw you from 1 survey to another and NOT pay you and since you are getting thrown from survey to survey? When you go to report it, it's only going to show the amount of time you are in the LAST survey. So there are definitely issues. But even with those issues I have cashed out over $100 a month since I joined, they DO get back to you with real humans, and they WANT to make it appealing to take surveys! If you ever doubt that? Just check the leaderboard. There are usually about 2000 people online taking surveys for them everyday. So if you want to make money while you are playing around on the internet? This is the BEST SITE for that. But it takes a village. So ALL the people taking the surveys need to immediately call out the surveys that are trying to steal our time. If they get complaints from 100 people a day about the same shady practices from the same companies? Hopefully THEY will go away and be replaced my more ethical survey companies.
You have to be able to take survey's quickly, and take precautions so that you can report surveys that are problematic.
It's a business.
This one is getting worse and worse. I have been a member for a few years, My computer is next to me, so can spend easily 15 hours next to it, so I see hundreds of surveys popping up, but, at the end of the day, 95% are already full and a few you do not qualify for even though its listing everything that is on your profile that they are looking for. We are looking for people who own a tv,, example do you own a tv? Yes,, you do not qualify. We are looking for a boy aged 14 - 16, do you have a son this age,, yes,, please put him on, first question, how old are you. He answers 15, sorry you do not qualify. 4 years ago I was making 2000 points a day, 2021 it halved to average 1000 points 2022 it magically halved again to an average 500 points and this year january 2023 I am now lucky to make 200 points a day,, They have what is called leader boards,, daily, weekly and monthly,, first of all, its mainly the top 50 performers get a reward, but its only 50 points for the daily or weekly, so nothing to get excited about, But if you look,, its all americans. So they seem to be getting better results than the rest of the world.now, on the rare occasion that you do get to complete a survey,, the reward is a lot lower for the exact same survey than it is on other survey platforms, most other sites average 30 points, branded average 10 points, one point = one cent or one pence. Some times if you complete, and get scammed out of the reward, you can report it,and most times they will return it. But its not added to that days, leader board. So at the end of the week, when you get your bonus depending on points earned that week, these are not included, so you are not getting the correct bonus for the surveys you completed, and as they are not added to the leader board, you also miss out on getting into the top 50 leader board for that amazing 50 point reward. Now when you cash out,, if your not in the usa, they take a large lump of your money,, They say its pay pals exchange rate,, accept, when example the british pound fell to its lowest in history, and the £ fell against the $,, whilst pay pals rate for the £ dropped, meaning you would get more for your money,, branded exchange rate remained exactly the same. So when you cash in example ******* points, via pay pals exchange rate, you would have got £850, but because branded fix the exchange rate, you only get £630, so they are keeping this lump of your money, which also means that the bonus you get at the end of the week, is this money. They give you the money as a bonus, but then take it back with the fake exchange rate. If you ask any questions about why the surveys are always full,, why you are earning less and less and less every year, why they are using the fake exchange rate to take a large lump of your money when you cash out. They do not reply and actually block your email from support. And on a side note, a lot of the surveys are also a scam,, they are 2,3 even 4 x longer than stated or paid for.one survey company, tic toc, are supposed to be 5 min surveys, for a measly 5 points, yep,, 5 cents, 5 pence, but they actually link about 8 surveys together back to back and it goes on for 30 mins. So 30 mins for 5 cents. 5 pence. Most surveys are twice as long as stated and when you realise its never going to end, you just speed up and hit anything, you are the one that is accused of cheating.
Surveys, used to consist of 100 individual questions,,, now, there are about 100 questions, but each question now has 10, 20, 30, even more sub questions in each one,, some have over 200 option boxes they expect you to tick, in just one question, now you have that for every 100 individual questions,, that means you are really not asking 100 questions but about 2000 questions for a supposably 15 min survey that actually takes 30 to 40 mins, all for an average 11 points,, but you are the one that they want to call the cheat. Well as this year I'm now only earning an average 200 points a day, I'm guessing next year, I will be earning zero,, or maybe i will have to be paying them. So unless your american and get the special treatment,, this one is useless.
I was a gold badge member on Branded Surveys, which is thier highest ranking on their website for users taking surveys. When I was updating the phone number on my Branded Surveys account I accidentally misspelled my phone number and they disabled my Branded Surveys account.
I contacted the Branded Surveys support team immediately about the typo I made when entering my new phone number and they told me my account was disabled because they stated I have multiple Branded Survey Accounts.
I never created multiple Branded Survey Accounts and I never used multiple Branded Survey Accounts.
The Branded Surveys support team refuses to restore my account and they kept all the money that was in my account balance and refused to pay me for the surveys I worked hard for.
The Branded Surveys support team knows I never created multiple Branded Survey Accounts and they know I have not used multiple Branded Surveys Accounts because they can check the IP addresses and the devices that the Branded Surveys accounts they are comparing my Branded Surveys account to accessed their website from and they can see that my account they disabled and the accounts they are comparing to my account don't have matching answers, and IP Addresses.
This proves I'm telling the truth that I never created and used multiple Branded Survey accounts and that Branded Surveys disabled my account unfairly
This shows how cruel Branded Surveys is because their support team refuses to restore my account when it was unfairly disabled.
Branded Surveys is a scam site because if the site was legit they would have investigated and seen that I'm telling the truth and that my Branded Surveys account was disabled unfairly because I accidentally typed in my phone number wrong and that I never violated their policies because I never created and used multiple branded survey accounts.
The photos I attached to this review, proves Branded Surveys disabled my account and Branded Surveys lied to me with their notification when I sign into my disabled account telling me to contact the support team to help verify my account.
Their support team refuses to restore my account, you can see this in the photo I attached to this review and the Branded Surveys representative even confirms in the message you can see in the photo that they stole the money I made from surveys that was remaining in my account balance after they disabled my account and the Branded Surveys representative states they are unable to remove the flag on my account when their website notification you can see in the photo I attached to this review tells me when I sign into my disabled account to contact customer support to verify the account.
This proves Branded Surveys Customer Support representative clearly lied and that Branded Surveys is not doing anything to resolve the situation that they are falsely accusing me of creating/ using multiple Branded Survey accounts when I never created/ used multiple Branded Survey Accounts.
First off, Branded Surveys is a legitimate site. I've been taking surveys there for about a year. If you are looking to supplement your income a little bit, this site should work for you. They do provide a broad range of surveys, and they do reliably pay out your earned points quickly (if you are "gold" status your points are paid immediately) and you have a wide range of payment methods to choose from.
This is just my experience, and others' may differ based on their usage. I find that I am able to make $30-$40 each week, spending about 3-4 hours each day on the site. I usually manage to max out the "elite" tier each week so that I earn the max bonus points, but it does require some effort to do. You have to complete 30 surveys each week to hit the highest tier, and that's not always easy. If you're doing the math and realizing that means that I complete an average of one survey per hour, you're correct. I click on as many surveys as I can, but generally only qualify to complete about 1 in 10 surveys that I attempt to do. Others may have different circumstances that make them more desirable survey candidates - I am single with no children and live by myself, so maybe I'm not the person the survey creators are looking for a lot of the time. It can be frustrating to spend 5-10 minutes completing the screener questions (which can get pretty involved before they decide you aren't worthy) and then get no credit for that time, but that's just the way this works.
I find that the site seems to throttle the surveys available at the end of the week, so it's best to do as many at the beginning of the week as possible. I have sat and refreshed the site for hours on Sunday and only get about 3-4 opportunities to even qualify for surveys, so it's hard to hit the max if you don't load up at the beginning of the week.
The site does also have a problem with glitchy surveys - either not giving credit after you've completed a survey or kicking you out part way through. If you DO manage to complete the survey, you can report the issue on the site and they will sometimes give you the proper credit. I think it helps to take a screenshot when you get the completed message so you have proof. I've reported several surveys and about 30-50% of the time they give me the proper credit. If the survey glitches after you've spent 10-15 minutes giving answers but don't finish it - well, you're just out of luck.
This is NOT a replacement for a paycheck. I'm not sure how anyone would actually make a livable wage doing this, so if that's what you're looking for then this site is not for you. If, like me, you are looking to make a few extra bucks each week/month and enjoy giving your honest opinions about things, then this is a pretty fun and easy way to do it. Try not to take the rejections and technical glitches too seriously and you will enjoy it more.
I downloaded this app recently in hopes to make some extra money while I search and apply for jobs. Within 2-3 days, I was ready to cash out my first $5. It's definitely not a rate that will make one rich quickly, but it's $5 I didn't have before. The site itself is pretty user friendly and straightforward when it comes to accessing the surveys and initiating a payout. You won't qualify for every survey attempted, but I like that some may still award 1 or 3 points for trying. However, I have run into some issues while taking surveys. First, the surveys fill up with participants and you will not be allowed to begin nor continue the survey. It's not so bad when you click the survey and it tells you it's full before it allows you to start, but it's very annoying when you have started the survey, are well into it, and it tells you that it's full. The company needs to come up with a better way of tracking who's already in the survey and not allow more people in. It should be on a first come, first serve basis. It's frustrating to be almost finished with a survey and then be kicked from it. Another problem I have encountered is getting to the end of a survey and being kicked out of it for seemingly no reason. The site will notify you when you don't qualify or it's full, but these particular times I have been kicked out and it didn't tell me why. Of course because it kicked me out, I didn't receive my points. As one can imagine, that is frustrating to deal with when you spent 15+ minutes of your time trying to complete the survey. Aside from these issues, some of the surveys should be worth more given the complexity and number of questions as well as the time spent on it. Another thing that I feel would make the site more user friendly is offering an autofill within the surveys. Obviously, only you should be doing the surveys from your account so the information should be the same. I can understand the site checking every once in a while to be sure it's consistent but a lot of the surveys use the same platform to collect basic information. It gets annoying having to type and select the same information over and over. One other issue I have run into on certain surveys is it not allowing you an "other" or "not applicable" option. There were a few surveys I had to exit out of because none of the options applied to me. For instance, it may ask what kind of student I am (high school, college, grad student) but provides no option for me to say "I'm not a student". There have also been other surveys that have asked me if I was familiar with certain brands then proceeded to ask me "agree/disagree" opinions with no option to say "I don't know/no opinion". Just because I'm familiar with/aware of the brand, doesn't mean I have an opinion. These are surveys I feel inclined to exit out of because it makes me feel dishonest to have to click something. Again, this is a waste of time if most of the survey was already completed. Lastly, some of the surveys would not let me participate because I'd previously completed it. The company should be better about removing and not reposting previously completed surveys. Overall not a bad way to get some extra cash, but the site could use some improvements.
I was unable to get paid out so emailed support, then gets an email saying my account had been deactivated, complete bull they want you to do the work and then you have committed some offence, convenient they don't stop you or pull you up telling you that u are doing something wrong at the time. I bet this company has been paid, Then when you as for what is owed they can't pay-out as deactivated account, THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN UTTER SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
It is getting harder and harder to get any survey worth more than a few points finished without being told I dont qualify. Many of my dont qualifies are on surveys In which I have completed over 90%. See for yourself note the values 1,2, and 3

Online surveys for cash
Branded Surveys engages in a many tactics that diminish the quality of any of the data they gather while completely taking advantage of users.
1. Use screeners that are so detailed they might as well be the survey itself. I regularly spent 5 minutes or more on screener questions only to be screened out. In these cases, the screener questions were often detailed enough to be a study in and of themselves. It leads me to believe that, in many cases, Branded Surveys, uses the screener as the actual survey to avoid paying anyone anything for the data.
2. Both the points offered and the time estimated for the survey would immediately change once you click on the link and were completely unreliable and inaccurate. For instance, if you see a survey that is advertised as 75 points ((which by the way is $0.075 cents) and will take 5 minutes, either or both of those numbers are likely to dynamically change the moment you click on the link. It is not uncommon to see the points go way down and the time way up.
3. Time estimates are misleading. Oftentimes the correlation between the advertised length of time for the survey and the actual length of time are completely inaccurate. I would be curious what other people experienced but this inconsistency was so pronounced that I tend to think the time estimate is just used as bait. Frequently, I spent 20 minutes or more on surveys that were ostensibly supposed to be far less than half that. However, given the way the points and time estimates changed when you clicked on the link to the survey (see above) who's to know if any of the data you are presented with has any role other than to entice you to click.
4. Compensation is a joke. You get about a $0.01 per point. Given the amount of time and effort it takes to get points due to the trickery listed above, a well-intentioned survey taker might spend days to get a $10.00 card. In my case, I took between 50 and 100 surveys spanning 3 days and never even earned enough points for 1 $10.00 card. I think anyone's time is worth far more than that.
4. Most all email links to surveys led to a "This survey is full" message. I had my email frequency settings set to as immediate as I could and still most surveys had received all their required input before I clicked the link. This would signify to me that there are automated programs or data farms of participants using some unethical means to scam points from the system. A well-intentioned single user simply receiving emails and trying their best to offer valuable data is likely to be redirected from the surveys in the emails to others available on their site. In these cases, once again, the advertised time and points value will change dynamically as soon as you click on the link so they bear no correlation to reality.
5. Due to all the above, the quality of the data they are gathering is highly suspect. Their system offers a leaderboard that indicates that some users are earning tens of thousands of points. I spend several days and took well over 50 surveys and I never even qualified for a $10.00 gift card. If others are clicking at some insane level higher or faster than me it cannot be legitimate data.
5. This service is illegitimate to those seeking panels and abusive to those willing to offer their time to gather data. At the end of the day, I see no value in them for either audience.
Shear clear whether you are looking to offer your services to take surveys or pay for their services to perform them.
Online survey service
My experience with branded survey.
Legitimate payout which is good however experienced payout to reduce.
Many surveys come through to complete, I manage to complete 2 out of 10, this is because
- I keep getting you are not qualified,
- I go into a survey and it will kick me out with no reason.
- I will try and complete but no right option for me to select so i have to cancel survey
- Or will have to make up answer as no other option and then get done for not telling the truth.
- By error my finger has tapped on a answer and I have selected next and have not been able to go back to previous question as no option, this is with most surveys.
- Third party surveys are a complete waste of time as you go in to survey to complete and it kicks you straight back out.
- I have experienced surveys to freeze, can not do anything but to come out of survey half way through and end up not getting points for not completing survey.
- Most of the surveys are completed in the US.
- I have had surveys where it asks questions where you have to give answer in amount but its in dollars not pounds, so I have to take a guess or come out of survey and lose the points I could have earned.
- I receive surveys notification by email, not even 1 second and I have tried to go into survey it will tell me they already have the number of participants or has been a high demand on this survey.
I have not been able to complete 1 survey via my email, instead I have opened the dashboard and kept it opened and watched for surveys to come through this was.
- The payout is something rather than receiving nothing, but putting in atleast 7 hrs a day is not worth the payout at all.
- The surveys and dashboard freezing is very annoying, they tell you surveys go quick and to be quick but when you go into a survey it tells you to take your time and be honest.
- Half way through a survey it will direct you back to the dashboard saying we have got the number of candidates wanted for this survey, something like that or it will kick you out saying you were not a good match after answering a good 10 questions.
Branded surveys need to improve in some areas.
- Freezing (nothing to do with my network)
- Option for other and dont know and to go back a question
- Give points if some questions answered but not a match half way through.
- Answer option in pounds too

Yesterday 30th January about 1pm up until 8pm system was down and didnt find a way of contacting branded survey. I replied to an email that comes with a survey but got no reply back.
The status of the server said was working fine and that they had no reports from anyone reporting problems.
I am aware i was not the only person with this problem and this person had the same problem.
I am hoping to see improvements in all the areas discussed.
7hrs payout £7.30 after completing many surveys over 4 days roughly, not worth it at all.
Its good to complete in free time here and there, but I understand difficult times anything is better than nothing so you'll spend hours on it, however I wont be spending hours on it no more and might even consider closing it down if I don't see improvements on it.
After system crash and submitting this review I have noticed very less surveys coming through and are not a match for me at all, and try to go in and kicked straight back out with no reason.
