Tried to place a order before 9 AM and it would not take the order waited till after 9 and the order went!

I thought it would fit our current filter system but it doesn't. I am interested in the reverse osmosis system. I would like to either return the cartridge and get the correct size or if that isn't possible then I would like to get the correct system in place.
