Pretty straight forward, navigation a bit wierd for finding some items, but manageable. Shipping was fairly quick too, on the shorter side of predictions made by the site, which was nice. I admit if I'd asked to be shipped across the Pacific to me, that might have been more of a test than to the recipient within CONUS. But as I said, within the frame of the particular transaction, all went smoothly.
Lots of variety, reasonable prices. Recommended to me by a previous customer.
Products have now finally arrived but from date of the products being despatched on the 5th December **** it did not arrive in Australia until the 19th December so it took 9 business days to get here.
I purchased quite a few things from the US previously and it is usually received within 3-5 days maximum but those times the products were sent with a courier company like UPS or Fedex which you can easily track the item. Sylinonline use normal post but it still seemed to cost me roughly the same amount of money for normal US mail as what it does when I the other companies have sent by courier and I couldn't track the item once it left the US. The delivery time and price through US mail were my only thing I don't rate highly everything else was fantastic.
Great Customer Service they were quick to reply to my emails and always courteous and helpful would definetley use them again.
Found something I couldn't find anywhere else so I'm glad to find this site. Was nervous cause I hadn't received my order at the time I expected but it was mainly my mailman's fault. Thanks for the awesome products!
I was not pleased that the items I purchased were shipped in a "document" priority mail envelope. This can easily be ripped open and items lost and/or stolen. In the future, I would like to see items shipped in safer packaging. Thank you, Bonnie Turner
