I do not recommend at all. The writer was not paying attention to the details you wanted them to follow. The results turned out to have detectable AI pattern. It turned out that I will have to just do it myself. Waste of money. The customer service also has no help!

I gave my document just for double check before submission ( I've already done the report) just wanted a fresh eye to see if I could improve on it
Also ask to move some stuff to annex because of the word counting thing
I received the report literally nothing was changed
More words were added which made it worse
The ( mentor) refused to proceed the refund unless i change my reason of the refund request
All bad service and asked me to not write him a review or else he wont proceed the refund

These bastards charged me twice and stole my 115 for the rest of my project. I have the screenshots from my bank account and still had to end up doing the damn work myself. No matter what even if you get a bad grade it's cheaper to do the work yourself. Stay away from these damn crooks.

I've been using this site since 2016 great writer and have a great time using it but these service fees are getting out of hand! Don't get any type of credit or anything for being loyal to you all. I spend $50 on services charged for 3 assignments like it's crazy.

I have my work completed by Winnie R she's amazing and gets work done well. I do notice that you have to go over it and adjust a few things but every work requires that. The only main downside is the cost. I work with canadian dollars as well so it that just adds to it. Most of my papers (about 5-6 each semester) are 2000 words and for the end price to be $180 CAD is too much. I'm looking at spending $1000 on assignments alone. I am a student as well so I genuinely don't have that kind of money. I think if studybay as a company wants to attract more users they should make the prices more affordable. I bet you'd collect all enrolled students in no time.

I had 3 different people give me a bid and when i selected them they raised the bid everytime. One woman raised her bid from $64 to $264. Soon as i spoke with them, even though all the information was on the project initially, nothing changed. They under bid just to get my attention then bang. Super frustrating

The material did not flow well. It was not well written either and some of the material written was not true.

After I received my paper I was extremely dissatisfied on how it turned out. I decided not to use the paper and ended up doing it myself. I requested a refund since I didn't use it and my refund was denied. Even after i told them I'll provide proof the paper wasn't used.

My experience was a very positive experience and the process was easy.

Such a great help when you're in a pinch. All requirements were met, only had to edit work slightly to sound more like me/reflect my writing level and style, work was done in a timely manner and I got it before the deadline, professionals were willing to help and were very understanding. Only drawback is the price sometimes, but I think the price goes up the shorter the deadline/sooner you need it to be done. Overall, not bad. I would recommend this to anyone who needs it. It is worth the money.

It was great! But I didn't know how to pick the right deadline. I wanted only one file for a shorter deadline and not the entire document. I had to put a shorter deadline and my expert charged more because of that. After that, I created another request and the price offered for more than 5 experts was $50 cheaper. I asked my expert if I could get I discount but she said I couldn't at that point. I wish support could review these type of situation and reimburse customers if necessary. I feel like I have lost $50 dollars.

I'm thankful payments are manage through the platform and not directly with the experts.

Also, any writer will respond so quickly, I am very thankful for that too.

Send numerous messages but no one replied. Their email *******@studbay.com is also full, no message could be delivered. Don't get me started on the phone, why provide a phone number if you never pick calls?
