The only thing fast about my order was the speed in which they charged my card. Order showed as as processing for a month, no action till I emailed to cancel the order... then it supposedly shipped. I received this survey and still haven't received my order. Worst service ever.
******* is my order number. You can get my contact information from my numerous voicemails and emails I have sent that are still not being returned. Do you guys have a phone that people answer? By calling a phone to tell us to email is very unprofessional, especially if you are already on the website to locate the number. But it's even worse if you don't return a call. I am still waiting on an answer about what I ordered. It's well past the 7-10 business days...
If I can find what I need here, I wont go anywhere else. Integrity is sometimes lacking on the internet but not with these guys.
I ordered a sticker and the post office screwed up the delivery. I was sure the stickershoppe had not sent it, but they had. I even implied such in an email to Steve. They sent me another one and it came.
You can't imagine my regret in being so hard on them when I learned the post office sent the orinal sticker to another residence by accident, eventually making it's way to me.
I apologized to Steve, and offered to pay for the other sticker. He declined and said dont worry about it just come back to us when you need another sticker.
Solid guy and great customer service, even with a bad customer (that's me). Thanks Steve. Again, sorry I doubted you guys for a minute.

I ordered a police related sticker for $5. Shipping was 45 cents but they billed me $2.
The sticker was about 1/3 the size of a postage stamp and very, very low quality.
When you go to the web site to review the site or contact them you will find the links don't work, This place is a total ripp off!
Shipping prices are clearly labeled on each page of the website.
There was a small issue with the postal service & the delivery of my order & the shop owner went completely above & beyond to ensure that I received my package! I can't stress enough how satisfied I am. I would highly recommend this sticker shop! Phenomenal customer service & great products! 100% Satisfied!
I am so pleased with the stickers I bought for my next "mailbox make-over"! I love to have new Packers stickers available so my neighbors know that a Texas Cheesehead is cheering on her team! Great quality and fair price! Go Pack Go!

Not only do you receive a great product, you receive it from great people. I don't think I have ever been more happy with a company's customer service before.

I am a retired police officer and ordered several custom stickers thinking that I might get a fair sticker. I was shocked, the stickers far exceeded anything I could have anticipated and work BETTER than they said that they would. On top of all that they exceeded the service and delivery. I've emailed and called them explaining that I never received my order. I received one email saying it would be looked into and heard nothing else. I left a message when I called explaining that I did not want my money back because I wanted the stickers instead. But again I've heard nothing. Great customer service guys...
Highly recommended for anyone that wants to add personalization to their ride or more. From what's listed online to customizing what they list is the best part next to actually talking to Steve real time. Not many businesses do that. For the holidays, let alone any time of the year, the Sticker Shoppe is a must to shop at.
I ordered some firefighter wife stickers. I received within a week of ordering. They are exactly as I was hoping they would be. They were bright colored, writing was perfect, & they stuck perfectly to my window of the car!

I use these and other stickers for attaching to bird feeders that I build with a sports theme. They set them off really nice and work well. I over coat with polyutethane for a better weather protection., I have been using for quite some time. Very satisfied. Bob

Just received my 'Don't Tread On me' and Illinois Protective Services decals. As always, I've been buying from The Sticker Shoppe for over ten years, the design is very hard to find, the print on the decals is very sharp and professional and the price are really reasonable. Great customer service backs up their products.

Ordering was Quick and Easy as you may pay with a credit/debit card or PayPal. 14 Aug I completed my order, and immediately received confirmation via the email I provided. After a few days I received a second email notification that my order had shipped. Today 26 Aug My order arrived. (So less than 2 weeks turn around) I am more than happy with my custom stickers.
