This order shipped on 1-30-2015. I followed up with an email dated 02 Feb 2015 and you replied below with 2 excuses; 1-you moved your business and 2- print to order
What you failed to address was how they shipped on 1-30-2015 and have yet to be received.
On 2-8-2015 I sent an email demanding a full refund as you are unable to complete this transaction due in part to your business mentality.
You responded the same day affording me options for which indicate your inability to comprehend a demand for refund. (It should be noted here that one of the options you offered was to re-ship with tracking)
You responded on 2-14-2015 with an email indicating that you reprinted and reshipped (without tracking) the order and completely ignored my demand for refund.
I know that you do not respond to complaints to the BBB nor do you seek affiliation with them as documented on their web site.
I have read through the 63 reviews that are listed on SiteJabber and apparently you fail to recognize a pattern of unacceptable behavior within your company in the eyes of your customer base.
But what I can and will do is;
1- File a complaint with my financial institution and have the charges reversed.
2- I will share my experience with my co-workers, staff, and sub-contractor community.
You see I am often asked for references and referrals and in the industry that I work in; word of mouth by a respected professional is worth its weight in gold. I am in communications daily with companies that employ 5-10,000 employees and custom stickers are a regular occurrence for them.
Additionally, I made 2 orders with you, the first was on time and as expected and had this one also followed suit, I would have established a professional relation with you for an estimated 15,000 stickers annually in addition to referring you to nearly 1100 subcontractor companies who easily triple my needs on an annual basis.
I could have tolerated a delay to production, that i can understand. I could tolerate the relocation of a business, that is normal business.
What is most offensive to me is that you provided false information with the intent to deceive and lack the desire to conduct your customer communications in a professional manner, you Sir have zero integrity or credibility in my opinion and that is what I will make public information.
