It cost me to ship a single small portable battery 3 times the price to actually buy the product itself. Also, it can't be consolidated with other shipments I bought. I am disappointed. These things should have been made clear.
Very good service to consolidate all the items and ship to your country. Highly Recommended. I hope in future, they would provide some discount for customers who love using stackry to bring stuff from usa or worldwide to home country.
Twice there have been problems now with the descriptions being too long for customs & it delaying shipment. If this is a problem, the allowed space for declaration should be shortened on the website or something to prevent this delay.
I was not aware that item with batteries needed to be split and shipped separately. Accepting this, it took me three times to pay for the second shipment. I was not aware of payment issues, kept getting email reminder about package received. System should have more precise email notifications

There were multiple errors preventing me from creating and then sending my shipment. Apparently the system doesn't like non-latin characters in client personal data, which was the reason for the errors to pop up. But the support staff was very helpful and responsive, so in the end everything worked out. I hope next time I want to send something through Stackry the things will go smoother.
I was skeptical at first because I read reviews where stackry would loose packages. But cant trust the reviews, so I had to see for my self.Up to this day, have not had any issues. If I have an email inquiry they are fast at answering it. Reliable. Friendly user interface, I get emails when shipments arrive as well when items have reached 30 days mark.

This is the 1st time i have used Stackry, my experience so far is proving i made a good decision. The customer service staff are incredibly helpful as are the packing department... the shipping rates are much better that you will find going direct to a courier company... shipment should be with me in Scotland within the next week.
Living in South Africa does not make it easy to buy from the US. But since I crossed paths with Stackry that gap has been bridged. I have only received excellent and fast service from Stackry. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
Consolidation process did not allow me to send some of my orders back into my locker for future consolidation and shipment. Limited shipping options due to order items having Lithium batteries. Otherwise all good.

Very friendly and easy to understand. I felt at ease throughout the whole process. The only thing that was a bit confusing was that the product weights given by Stackry seem to be higher than what they actually are, but I'm probably missing something.
Stackry has a great site easy to navigate through. Their responses are always quick to shipment arrivals etc. The only thing that I don't love is the price of shipping back to Canada (which can't really be blamed on Stackry). Great site/great company though.

I have been using Stackry for about 3 years now. In that time I have had tons of parcels delivered to them, which they have then sent on to myself. Never had a problem and the prices are always very reasonable. The best parcel forwarding service out there.
OK so far. Cost could be better and out of 4 consolidated packages so far there has been 1 item missing.(seems to be a common issue when you don't pay extra for the photos of the package). Refund was given since it was below 100. Good communication though.
Faulty packaging destroyed my $500 items. After 4 emails and 3 weeks of wait, finally someone decided to respond and that too a generic copy-paste email. No apologies, no coupons, nothing. Second time, sent the wrong item. Someone else's package was sent to me and my package was lost somewhere. Is there a point in even emailing back. I think not. Took my business elsewhere.

I've been a customer for around 5 years now and I can only say great things about their service. What I value more is that they offer a nice variety of courier services and that they revise the incoming parcels very carefully. I receive many items that are intended for collectors and there's none of that box-cutter-frenzy I had to run away from when using other forwarding services. Awesome, well-rounded service so far!

Answer: The restrictions are on these types of items are dependent on what country you are shipping to. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home

I am sorry that you were not satisfied with our pricing on this shipment. I took a look and can see that it was a dangerous goods shipment, which unfortunately, due to international regulations, requires us to use a certain box size and comply with proper packing instructions for the particular hazmat type. Based on the regulations outlined by the FAA, IATA and our shipping partners, loose lithium ion batteries and power banks cannot be consolidated with any other goods. Our $12.50 dangerous goods fee covers labor and materials, and part of the dangerous goods charge our carriers charge us. We do believe our prices to be very competitive but keep striving to bring costs down for our customers.
