We had no problem ordering and receiving the ssl certificate. Our hoster installed it without any problem and so we just are struggling with some issues on the website.

All was excellent! But the install guides are out dated. It was a bit hard to generate bundle file.

The only issue was the FAQ's did not have an entry for how to install and build the bundle cert using the file names supplied with the cert?
