My overall experience from the time I place my order until I received it what's great haven't had a chance can you set it up yet not sure of the app it seems to drain my battery on my phone quickly other than that it seems to be a good product

The product itself is not user friendly and I cannot get the device to recognize the WiFi connection. Worked ok at home but I am currently on vacation and can't make it work plus I have yet to find a phone number or customer service site to address these issues. Not at all happy with this product and would like to RETURN IT.
Spygear is a bad app, it's a dubious company.! They will just take your money from you... I had to go with reviews and recommendations I got from my friends around about Ethicspy firm so I contacted them and told them what I really wanted from my Spouse phone like messages and all so now I see all what is going on his device so best believed to him I don't know about anything, but thanks to this firm for the help rendered. I see his messages, calls he take, her location e. T. c

Worth every penny, caught my girlfriend of 3yrs cheating after only 2 days, would do it all over again!
Having some audio issues but otherwise it's great.
The product I wanted on the website did not show an option to ad to cart. So I had to settle for a different product. Prices are pretty steep as well.

Tried to contact regarding the setup instructions alittle confusing, not setup just yet I will try to contact again next day or so
The app the camera using is TinyCam. The app does not work and has terrible reviews. I wish I knew that before I wasted a hundred fifty bucks.
First time and it's awesome and I'm Deaf hope it's helps. WiFi is struggle. I haven't call but will call soon when I'm free

I purchase hiding camera and didn't work at all, try to get in touch with customer service, no luck. After three weeks making calls and sending emails finally quit. Do not buy here! I waste my money, bad company and really bad customer service
