Hello Rick this is Robert you had sent me a whole bunch of replacement bulbs and a replacement cord even though I had ordered from you several years ago it turns out it's very hard to find the correct wattage on the bulbs and it's very hard to find the cords for these things so we came back to you and you were very gracious or should I say your support team was very gracious. I'd like also say that you did provide me with a free replacement and all you asked is that we paid the postage I think that was more than fair. Please note it's very important for me to have people like you to do business with even though we don't buy a lot of salt lamps I just wanted to share that receiving the bulbs and cords we needed to keep using them was a very nice touch. If ever I have a chance or a need to buy more salt lamps we'll buy from you for sure thank you

Our previous supplier is no long in business and it is very tough to find high quality Himalayan salt products. The options are endless, they ship fast and our customers seem to like them as well.

Placed an order online and 2 days later received a call and was told the item was out of stock. I cancelled the order and asked to the refund. A week later still No refund. Called the company and the same person answered the phone and said this has to do with the finance department.

What you're looking at is a solitaire in the Box it's the 3 wall salt cave system which brought from spiritual quest took several weeks for them to manufacture. Is rapsody tickled pink with this we're located in Santa Barbara California and this is our health and wellness center we use this room for a meditation and yoga it's exactly perfect for what we ask for. Here are the Before and After photos. I love my sauna. I had them install the air freshener and really like the lemon smell. Do I need to get more for the future? I wish there were better instructions for setting the temperature. I just pressed the buttons and let it set.

Hey got a call today that my sauna is going to be shipping, the call was so welcomed. I did think about a cancelation but we have furniture we ordered around the same time and that is not in yet either. Seems custom items like sofas and other stuff is running really late these days. What can I say we are so looking forward to our new furniture and our new sauna.

Top notch troubleshooting from the team, my saunas stopped working after about 2 years. Now we are are Chiropractic office in Lenexa. KS and we use this unit everyday almost all day just to set the stage. Sent it my request for support, the factory engineer contacted me and determined it was and overload protector. I purchased a new overload protector and replaced it yesterday. I was able to enjoy my sauna again! It appears to have fixed the problem. Thank you for your help!

I wanted to say thanks to the young lady at spiritualquest she did a great job calming me down the sauna of course was delayed and that delay was because of many different factors not just covid but also the shipping supply quagmire that is Los Angeles Harbor and I only know about it because they educated me.
Regardless my thanks are because I got the sauna today it is the 2 person sauna I bought it on sale and I've got to be honest this is one of the nicest things I've ever done for myself. The 2 person executive sauna far exceeded my internal vision. I'm so glad I stuck with my order thanks guys thanks Kelly that's best wishes to you all.
I don't know if anybody ever reads all of these reviews however please note that supply chain delays are massive and Los Angeles Long Beach Harbor and that spiritual quest will not desert you and they will come through my patience paid off.

He told me that I'm not worth the time and hung up on me. Customer service is truly dead in this place. WTF Rick!?!?!? I'm in customer service, and would never treat clients like this! You wasted my time, and truly need some help in being a good person.
