Easy purchase online. Disappointed that the site asked me to sign up to the site which would make me eligible for an 8% discount on my purchase, but the discount never showed up in the final figures. Very unprofessional!

SpinLife does not make it easy to purchase replacement consumable parts, like batteries. The owner's manual that came with my wife's Jazzy Air 2 lists the batteries as, "12 volt, deep-cycle U-1 batteries", which is not a sufficient description, as I have discovered. I called either Spinlife, (they claim I didn't call them) or Pride the manufacturer, ( who should know what batteries fit in their product) to find out what battery to purchase as a replacement. I was told a12V, 40 amp hour, sealed gel cell. So I ordered a pair from Spinlife. When they arrived I discovered they were too large to fit.
Spinlife charges a 20% restocking fee and you have to pay return shipping to send them back!
I'm going to lose a couple hundred dollars even after the promised refund.
Do not buy replacement batteries from Spinlife unless you know exactly what you need by taking the chair apart to see what batteries are in it.

I placed an order on September 11 and was given a target ship date of September 21. As of October 2, I have received no update from any representative, despite having called multiple times and submitting an email inquiry that's been ignored. No representative pick up when I select existing order inquiry, but if you select "place a new order" someone picks up right away. Very disappointing, when the product purchased is necessary to care for my sick father and there is no urgency to provide any customer support!
Whatever you do don't buy the Drive Medical Spitfire Scout 4 Extended Range. I have owned 4 of these and every single one the battery case underneath burns. Plastic melts so bad the contacts don't connect. This company sells these and obviously doesn't care that there not up to par. They replaced one for me in February 2022 and now its November 2022 and the battery case burned again. There telling me the warranty ran out April 2022, A 2-month warranty? Since when? Trust me... don't do it.

If you have mobility issues. And are considering getting a scooter or wheel chair or any other product this company makes.
Go somewhere else, but don't go to spin lift. On a 1200. Scooter. They charge you 20% restocking fee as well as almost 300. To return the scooter. 240. Restocking fee. That's half the price that it cost. Don't do. They sell cheap junk. Impossible to even get off the email list.
The chair came over a week earlier than predicted.
The quickie is a great rigid, minimalist chair.
Well built. Feels very solid. Not prone to tipping either on the roll axis nor backwards.
My sales representative, Phil, was very helpful, went through explaining all the variables to be certain I got exactly what I wanted.

Terrible customer service. I purchased a wheelchair, it showed delivered, but I did not get it.
I called them on Monday and was told that everything was fine, and that the technician will call me for a "white Glove" delivery in 24 to 48 hours.
Today (Thursday), 3 days later, I called again, and they told me to expect a call before next Monday. I told them that that was not acceptable and only after that the representative placed me on hold an called the technician.
Now the story is that they did not receive one of the three boxes needed for the chair... So, they are waiting to see if the third show up... until now my Dad is waiting with a broken chair...

First I bought a defective Victory LX mobility scooter with defective electrical issues. Then I reported the second one was defective, won't start. And they have not responded. This all began in March and it is now August and I have yet to receive an appointment to either fix or replace it, after sending a requested video to the service department. Once they get your money, they ghost you.

Frustrated because Spinlife sent the wrong tire size for a wheelchair when they had the correct model number. I took the tires for installation, which took some time to arrange, to be told that the tires were incorrect. However, I had them 2 days longer than the 30 day return time and Spinlife would not take them back. I also had bought 2 tubes, but neither lasted more than a few days because of a defect causing both to explode at about the same spot. Spinlife did not respond to this either. $50 wasted.
Ordered a supplement 11-24-18. After a month went by I tried to call them several times. The 800 number is a joke. You just hear advertisements! No one answers the regular phone, it just goes straight to voice mail. They do not respond to emails.
Please DO NOT buy anything from this company. The customer service is horrible! I called to help my father with the purchase he made and the agent I spoke to hung up on me. They are not willing to fix mistakes they made or offer any assistance. They took my fathers money over 4 months ago and he still has nothing to show for it. Avoid!
I ordered a grip Seat, simply a grip pad that is placed on a wheelchair cushion to help keep someone from sliding out of the wheelchair. I placed the order on June 27,2023 and was told the expected ship date is October 31,2023. Obviously they do not make it or stock it. The item was ordered for my father who is a hospice patient and won't live to see the product ordered. Ridiculous wait time for such a simply and relatively inexpensive item. I am calling to cancel the order and truly hope they do not charge a "restocking" fee for something that obviously is not stocked.

Placed an order and told an option could easily be added in the future. When I tried to add the option customer service did not respond after 4 attempts. When they finally responded they said the cost to add the option was more than 10x if it was included in the original order.

After this review I heard back from someone at SpinLife with more knowledge. They apologized for the poor service and explained how I had "fallen through the cracks." They addressed all my problems directly and turned me into a happy customer...
Suffice to say the chair is very well engineered and I would purchase again.

I purchased 2 two EW36 scooters that were advertised on a flyer from Spinlife as equipped with shock absorbers and electro magnetic brakes. They came stripped oh both brakes and shock absorbers.
Despite complaining to Spinlife they refused to honor their advertising.

I picked out a wheelchair to order from them. The website said they would answer questions a customer had when ordering a chair. I sent an email with questions about sizing and measurements. They never responded. Will take my business and money elsewhere. Now that I see the other reviews, I think I got away lucky!
I would like to commend Mr. Wilson, who helped me yesterday with my order of 2 extra wheels for a wheelchair (that I bought from you in March 2019 but unfortunately arrived damaged via a following shipment to Venezuela). When I explained that the person in need of the wheelchair could not use it until the new wheel was ordered, Mr. Wilson was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable and quickly helped me find the correct wheels. Even though there prices are great compared to other location companies, their company service sucks. The white glove service is not worth the money you pay for. I ordered a lift chair for my mom in the nursing home. The chair was within 10 miles of her location, once it was delivered to the white glove company. It took the White Glove service an additional 2 to 3 weeks before they ever delivered the chair to her. Now the chair is less than 6 months old. It is stuck in an upright position. I called to make a service call on it. I was told I would hear something within 24 to 48 hours. I am 1 1/2 weeks later and still havent heard from them. Nothing has been scheduled. So now my mother is stuck either staying in her bed, or in a wheel chair 24 x 7.
Have been very pleased with past purchases.

My scooter broke down they said they were going to send me a box and I had to ship it out to them so they could fix it, week after week goes by still didn't send me the shipping box they have no tracking information can't get no answers worst company ever.
