Need I say more, accused me of trying to rip him off. The fish came in looking dead in the bag so I contacted him. Told me to put a tooth pick through the fish no problem. When I took the fish out of the bag the gills were still moving. Put the fish in the quarantine tank with the others it was floating on top. Asked him to give me till the next day. I was told the guarantee was for dead on arrival, not for upside down fish that are still breathing. If I was trying to rip him off wouldn't have I done it with the $28 fish and not the $6.95 one.
I let it go till the next morning, and the fish was OK, probably had an excess of air in the bladder.
Went to put in another order and my account was wiped. This is the reply I got back.
His is my one and only reply.

You said in multiple emails IT WAS DEAD. (Only Once he repeated in this email the word DEAD several times)

You also sent pictures to supposedly prove it was dead so you could get a refund.

IT WAS NOT DEAD.

Only when I said that you had to put a toothpick through it did you concede that it was alive.

You were dishonest.

We do not do business with dishonest customers.

I am happy the angelfish you repeatedly said was dead is now thriving.

THE 2 $6.95 KOI ANGELS WITH YELLOW HEADS NOT RED (ON QUALITY KOI ANGEL THE HEAD IS A DARK ORANGE ON JUVENILLES, TURNS RED AS ADULTS) INCLUDING THE UPSIDE DOWN ONE ARE THRIVING.

If you know what you're doing on your end and know what to expect when getting fish shipped then somethingsphishy is great! They are in Florida and shipped my order all the way to Massachusetts! If you order assorted fish and expect anything amazing then dont get your Hope's high but I got 20 assorted discus and got a select few that are actually beautiful! Very exceptional and would absolutley shop here again! As of now my tank is at its max in fish because I ordered more anticipating some casualties but not a single fish has died on me and only a couple showing any stress though it has only been a week I have no complaints thus far besides I cant add more fish cause all 20 I ordered are all alive! Essssskkkeeetttiiitttt!

Absolutely the worst attitude I have ever experienced and the shipping prices are ridiculous. He clearly is making money on the shipping charges -
I would stay far away from this person and this business... He clearly has no customer skills nor does he care at all about his customers or doing the right thing.

I had a shopping cart full of fish and products - when I went to check out I notice the ridiculous amount he was charging for shipping this order. It was clearly higher than the average company for live fish. I decided to reached out to inquire about why the shipping charges were so high but didn't see a response from him.
I waited about a week and then sent a second not asking him why I hadn't gotten a response - Here is the email from that conversation -
"Why are you not responding to these messages? I sent one a few weeks ago that has gone unanswered. I was getting ready to order about 400.00 in fish but needed a few questions answered".

He immediately responds to this email with the following -
"We already replied to your e-mail. Attached.
We do not need difficult customers as we are the largest retailer of Discus in the USA.
Please buy your fish elsewhere".

I sent a note back to him thanking him for sending the attached email and letting him know I would be writing a review about my experience with his business. I then went back to my shopping cart and his website when I found he decided to block me from going to his site. LOL, he actually did me a favor. Here is what I get when I try to go to his website.

After reading others reviews of this guy and company - It's clear he has a history of blocking people that have had issues with products or fish. DO NOT WAISTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

DONT ORDER fISH FROM somethingsphishy.com- why you ask? There are several reasons and ill go into them each in detail. I ordered 4 discus from "keith" a stand up character who is one person when hes asking for your money and a completely different person after the deal has been made. Each of my discus that I had ordered had something wrong with it. One larger 2inch golden discus had half his tail sheered away- this did not happen during shipping- this fish was skin and bones and half dead by the time it arrived on my doorstep. I also ordered one blue snakeskin 2 inch and the fish came to me at just about one inch from top to bottom- it was basically just fry. Keith does not sell what he advertises for. I can see him sending one a bit smaller than 2inches but this wasn't even close with two of the 4 fish I had ordered. The other one inch discus a "red scribbled discus" was a bit larger than the snakeskin and more colored in but the side fins were horribly deformed. It looks like they are broken but he makes his way still around my tank. The 4th 2inch fish came in looking great. It was a beautiful red leopard discus that was. Ull never believe - actually 2 inches. However I noticed right when I put him in my tank he had small bubbles sticking to him... 24 hours later a clear as day case of ich all over his body. 48 hours later the fish was dead and I had my first ich outbreak in over 7 years of this hobby. In the end of the outbreak- to which [I] am still giving treatment 4 discus had perished either from ich or from sensitivity to the medicine. I send keith an email right after I received my fish telling him that they had arrived and that I was please that they were all survived and I was indeed very happy with my red leopard. 2 days later I was furious and I just couldnt wrap my head around why keith would send me diseased, deformed, small fish. He's not in it because he loves fish he's in it for the money and theres a reason why his prices are just a bit cheaper than the rest. I sent him a follow up email about everything I had just explained and here is what "keith" the big man himself said in response.

But to me thats not enough - tell your friends and make sure they dont order here as well. Keith needs to be put out of business for good.
