The price is good, my only issue is that you cannot contact the person via the phone. That takes away the personal touch for many

I paid for the Resume+Cover Letter+Linkedin Profile package. The original estimate was 2 days and the "final" version was delivered 4 days after that. He stopped working on my documents to work on another order which arrived after mine. He mixed up content so some of the errors in my resume and linkedin profile was text he pasted from another person's information. Also, he would take several hours before replying to my messages. I agree that i was once at fault for filling a survey document around 7 hours after it was sent, but i was at work. The final version of the three documents had errors which im correcting manually.

There were some things that went terribly wrong in the beginning and it shook my confidence in your services. Things seem to be going a lot smoother this time, and I hope I will be able to give a better rating next time you ask.

I enjoyed the person that was going to do my resume; she was so lovely. Still, the experience I had with the "support" team was terrible, and all over the place, I ended up getting my money back, canceling my project, and deleting my account. This service is supposed to help people feel more confident when applying for a position. All it did for me was create unneeded stress. Do better "support" team.

Amazing work that was completed ahead of schedule, even before the deadline, so that I could inspect it and make sure it didn't require any revisions, which it didn't. Everything looked fantastic.

Never heard of ATS before reaching out to Skillhub. I probably wasn't landing any interview cause my resume wasn't ATS optimized, but my new resume did the trick
