Crap company

Never got my parts. Their order tracking is a joke all it tells you is arrived to facility and departed. Last week it did tell me they were in Kansas. $#*! I could have drove to California and back a 100 times now. Long story short I should have just bought OEM ones because it would be done

Axles don't last!

Bought these axles in may installed them on my ranger and they were shot in November! I maybe put 350 miles on them! These are garbage!

Poor communication

Placing my order was straight forward...the response time could have been better...in that i had never dealt with your company an immediate response would have been nice to reassure me that my order had been received and acknowledged...i did receive an affirmation the next day and another day before i had a tracking number that would not open from you email...i then copied and pasted it separately and found the info i needed...a more intuitive approach would have allayed my concerns...

I am into extreme sports and I have a very nice Honda bike! I adore it for real, and of course it requires some service from time to time. It's kinda tough to find something appropriate for my baby, because usually there are no parts at all at shops. But here, I just inserted the year, brand and model name and it gave me a plethora of different parts for my bike. Without any thoughts I issued an order and was happy to receive it.
Great place for all extreme sports fans!

Slow shipper

I ordered an in stock item on 10/07/23 and it won't arrive until 10/16/23 because the company didn't ship it until 10/10/23 and it will take 6 days in transit (not 2-5 as advertised) to my address. Not happy because it should have been here 10/13/23 if they had shipped it on Monday with the maximum 5 days in trasnsit.

We would like to express our regret for any possible confusion. The order in question was registered in our system on 10/08, and it was processed, packaged, and handed over to the carrier on 10/09. Typically, it takes 24-48 hours for the tracking information to reflect on the carrier's website. Please note that the "expected" delivery date is more of an estimated delivery time-frame.

Ordered front and rear axles for my SXS order picker sent axles for 2 different machines. Got deployed outside US when I returned 10 days after return window I was told to bad we won't correct our mistake or take ownership of it. Typical CA company for you my last purchase ever.

Thank you for your feedback. While we do apologize that the items were not used as intended, the items received were in fact correct. The fronts and the rears can be two different lengths. We did send you a return label as well as issued a refund back to your purchasing credit card.

Arctic Cat Axles

I was sold a defective product. I alerted the company. They refused to send replacement axles until they received the returned units and then "deemed them defective". Meanwhile I would not be able to use my atv (tool) for several weeks. This was not acceptable. I chose to purchase a replacement set from another vendor. I received them many weeks quicker than I did with the original Sixity purchase and they are working fine, no defects. I chose to keep the original faulty axles and not pursue any replacement refund as I am done with that company.

Our records show that we provided a prepaid label to return the defective axles and upon active return tracking a replacement set of axles would have been shipped in their place. This resolution does not require that the defective axles return to our facility for inspections, but rather as soon as the return tracking number is updated; showing that the axles are on their way back, we are able to immediately send out the replacement product. We apologize for any confusion that may have been caused. Our customer service team would be happy to assist you with completing this transaction, if you are still interested in receiving a replacement set of axles.

Products are reasonably priced, shipping was fast I would definitely recommend sixty for any Atv or sxs parts

Low cost, in stock, and they perform quite well so far - no difference from the OEM stuff. I tried some China junk that smelled bad and would get extremely hot. I will purchase these again when the time comes.
