My entire experience here has been pleasantly efficient, prompt and very courteous. I can not praise the Simpsonifyme team enough. I don't think I've had a better customer experience, it's honestly more of a hassle getting photo copies at Staples than it is to get a truly exceptional & fully customizable portrait here.

I had this portrait made for my most special someone of almost 3 years, this is to be one of her anniversary gifts. She and I both LOVE the Simpsons, & I couldn't be happier with the portrait.

After only one revision, they were able to perfectly capture the essence of my girlfriend and her Yorkie doggy whom she adores. I had a good amount of detailed notes and photos to help with the communication of my vision to the Artists, & they were more than competent in bringing my vision to fruition.

From start to finish, I had a finished work of art in just 2 days. That's an amazing turnaround time.

I gave a picture of two friends to simpsonifyme. They changed the posture so much and the woman's face and hair were completely unrecognizable. The man wasn't really recognisable either, but "à la rigueur" and with everything else matching it might have worked. So I wrote to them, asking them kindly for improvement. All they had to say was I had to pay another 25$ (on top of prizealready paid) for those changes. After three emails, I gave up. NEVER again!

I ordered dec 9, received proof dec 11 and they had only included 3 of 4 of the characters paid for and sent pics for. Errors happen but at that point said only do revision if it can be done that day as christmas present. THEY LEFT ME HANGING UNTIL DEC 16 when they sent revision. Now no idea where it is. No one will return my emails (I have sent many) no idea what is happening. It would have made it on time if not for their error and lack of response to error as I ordered 2 on dec 9 and the other one was received and is wrapped under my tree.

After placing my order the processing went okay and the making of the painting when actually really fast it was done in two days I do believe and then they sent it to printing on their website it says printing takes two to four days sometimes a little extra longer which I understand but 12 days later and I still did not have any information besides it was printing and the people were rude as hell with every response that they've had with me I wanted this gift on the 23rd for my anniversary and here it is April 1st and it is finally being received today I give them such a low rating because of their crappy customer service and how rude they are every time they don't have a phone number you can call you can only email them they take forever to get back to you and I'm also giving them such a low rating because of how long the process took went on their website it's States two to four days for the the painting and then two to four days for the printing I ordered this on March 18th and I'm just now finally getting it

Worst customer service. Sent them photos for a two person portrait, they sent me just one person in the portrait. Claimed I only paid for 1, need to pay extra for 2. I said fine... and that's the last I ever heard from them. No replies, no refund, nada, 4 days and counting. Stay away.

***EDIT*** I would reduce this to 0 stars if I could. They didn't reply for 4+ days, but did once they saw this review. They refused to allow me to pay for the edits (in accordance with their website FAQ), saying they would no longer work with me... but wouldn't refund me. When I said I'll just let my credit card company handle it, they threatened to report it as fraud and sue me in court! Wow... just wow.

EDIT #2: I use my credit card very sparingly and it never leaves my wallet, I've never had any fraud on any of my cards. Yes, literally the day I disputed the charge with SimsonifyMe, I started getting fraudulent charges on my card. Do I have proof that they gave my card info to other companies? No... but it seems highly unusual that this would happen literally hours after I told them I was disputing their charge,

I saw this online and realized it was the perfect gift for my husband for Father's Day. The kids saw their Simpsonflication and loved it. I can hardly wait for Father's Day!

They turned our favorite photo into a timeless art piece. For our 10 year together and 5 years married, literally brought tears to my eyes.

They were very quick with producing the first photo as well as the revisions I requested. Would absolutely recommend to others!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.!
So I wanted to place an order with turned yellow, my assistant placed it with simpsonifyme by mistake. I got worried thinking it was fraud company so before i contacted my bank to do a charge back i contacted the company since I never recived a confirmation email.
The customer service rep had a whole attitude i let her know and after two email i decided to cancle my order with them.
So I got caused out i was called an" entitled b@#$%".

I ordered this 10 days before valentines with the intent to give this to my partner as a present.
I put in A LOT of detail, a few paragraphs for both of us and our pet and I added about 12 pictures.
I received the first drawing 2 days later which was fantastic, so quick and I was super impressed. Until I opened it, sadly it was SO wrong, it was as if they look at your hair colours and then add two stock images, the pet was the wrong colour, wrong ears, they clearly hadn't looked at the pictures and just added that animal. My partner was missing his beard and it looked nothing like him, at all! I was okay but I am generic, dark long hair simple clothes no outing or special features were added though but also no justification for a complaint.
I responded with my revisions and they I received the revisions they made 4 days later, again IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE MY PARTNER, opposite hair colour, they hadn't put him in the shirt I'd repeatedly asked for but the pet was now satisfactory. I responded with more photos and stressing the top was important, I included pictures from their website to try and show what I wanted but I also asked for another change on myself I hadn't requested before.
They revised the cartoon again free of charge and I received the final image 2 days later. My partner still wasn't in the top I'd asked for and over all the cartoon was a very vague resemblance of us.
Overall it took 7 days start to finish which for the lack of detail in the finished cartoon was not acceptable.
There communication was quick throughout and I wasn't charged for revisions which I am grateful for.
I am giving this review a low star as I paid £60+ and the cartoon could be anyone, there just isn't enough detail and for that kind of money I was expecting so much more as you are literally just paying for an image. No printing etc.
So 7 days wait for a questionable cartoon image for £60, I was expecting more.
