Ordered two tires at first because I'm like not sold on price (it was a good price) and how fast they we're going be delivered so whatever happens it just two tires not a big loss. So three days later I have three tires at my house with plenty of tread and no issues. So that night I ordered another two for a complete set. Three days later they are door step. So I will be ordering more tires from them again. Thanks.
Was told refund would be issued right away after tires were picked up by FedEx. Still waiting on refund.

Simple Tire said they would expedite refund.
Now 2 weeks no refund credit.
I have ordered from this site twice now. I've always received excellent service and my shipments are always within the time range. Always on the lower end. The site is also very easy to navigate through. Love that!
I don't trust Simple Tire! I was initially told I would receive an immediate refund upon my tires being returned. Today, they told me it's going to take 10 days to issue a refund. Mind you, they initially sent the wrong blasted tires! Worse, when I asked to speak with a manager, they told me it would take up to 24 hours to get a return call, and that no managers are immediately available. Deceitful! #trickery
I've checked 3 local stores and other online stores for specific tires. All were out of stock, or over 5 day delivery. Found what I needed at Simpletire and delivered in 2 days. Was very impressed. Definitely new tire go to store.

I just bought my 10th set of tires from ST. My installer just called me to inform me one tire was defective (air bubble on side wall and tread depth too shallow). I waited on hold for 15 minutes to get a rep who told me he would initiate a warranty process & someone would contact me within 48 hours to start the process. I tried to escalate but got nowhere. So now I am without a vehicle for at least 3 days, had to go to installer to get pictures and a written statement from them to be ready for my call from the Warranty Department. Any truly customer centric company would have shipped a replacement overnight and said "sorry for inconvenience please ship back the defective tire". I will never buy from them again.
I found simpletire about 2 years ago, since I have purchased 4 sets of tires. Everytime has went the same as the first time. I search every online retailer for the best price for the tire size and type I want. Simple tire is always significantly cheaper, then I go through purchasing maybe looking to see if a coupon is available (usually 5% offs are available) order placed, ships that day or the next and all have arrived too my door in less than 4 days. One set I ordered at 10am and it arrive to my doorstep around lunch time the next day.
I was looking for new tires for my 2012 Kia Soul. I did not want to spend a great deal on "brand name" tires because my car has high miles. Simpletire had a wide variety of less expensive tires that had a decent tread warranty, reviews about the product, and other information needed to make an informed purchase. The tires arrived in three or four days and were exactly as described. I will definitely go back to their website and purchase more tires when I need them. Finally, they also provide a military discount, which as a veteran I appreciate.

Delivery person threw tire in my driveway and walked away. No dignity we no knock nothing. If you want to buy tires and have them stolen and go through the process of two weeks trying to get a new One then this is your place. Too cheap to get signature service. I won't buy here again.

Shopped locally and online for some new tires for the winter season. Simpletire had everyone beat. Very friendly support team, and constantly updates you on tracking. 10/10 would recommend. I see some reviews about tires being delivered late. Simple tire had my order in Fed Ex's hands the next business day.
The website is very easy to navigate through. The price point was well below some other major competitors. The tires arrived super fast bound together in perfect condition. I have nothing but praise and accolades for my first time using this company. I DO NOT recommend simple tire. Horrible customer service! Tires did NOT arrive when they were supposed to, asked for an invoice three times and all 3 times got an invoice with someone else's name. Still didn't get an invoice for a break down in fees/charges. Had another customers order under my account. Impossible to have one person f/up and call you back! Horrible experience! Will never order from this company again! Bottom line customer service is HORRIBLE!
