Wonderful customer service! So far we are pleased with the back packs. (Cheap fabric, but the seem to be well put together) time will tell! Very quick delivery!

This process was very easy and stress-free when dealing with SilkLetter. I sent my logo and had an estimate and proof request in less than 2 hours. I was unsure how large the logo would be on the water cooler/ how legible it would be so reached out to support and they followed up with the designer to make sure it would be legible and large enough. The water coolers turned out perfect with the four color logo, at such an inexpensive price, and everyone was impressed with how they turned out. I cannot wait to order again from SilkLetter. One request: Sample items sent w/o payment.

Quick processing time and beautiful looking bottles. Printing looks awesome! Happy with the order. Only draw back is they are not dishwasher safe.
Website is user friendly. Was able to speak with a representative quickly and easily. I requested 2 design proofs and was sent those within 20 minutes of the request, and then was also called to make sure that I received those proofs along with the quote for what I was looking to order. Overall extremely satisfied with the service that I have received!
