The help and support teams were able to arrange just the custom designs I was looking for extremely quickly. Response times were fantastic.

Very easy to navigate, but it was a little confusing between the blue and the white highlight as far as making my selections on blank or printed pens.

Bags look great on the screen. Looking forward to seeing them. Would like to have screen printed but cost is really high. Other than that excited to see what they look like in person.

The Quote was fast and easy and designing my table cover was easy and fun. Downloading my logo was a breeze, however I wish there were more color options. So far so good

With my original order, I was missing a key piece. I spoke with a customer service representative, and was helped immediately to remedy the situation. I received the replacement within days, and am completely satisfied and pleased with the quick response. Thank you!

Only issue is the fiber remnants the bags leave behind.

Super easy! The quality of the product looks good now it has to be put through the stress test of everyday use to determine if it is really good Quality!

Received my proof within minutes, got a call from customer service to see how I liked it and what to do if I needed changes. So far so good!

Update: Customer service was responsive throughout the process, shipping was quick, packaging was good without being excessive, and my product looked great. We would order from Silkletter again.

I thought this was a little hard to start with, but once I figured it out it went pretty smoothly... I did not like the fact how to clear out a line or change a font with cancelling out and starting over.:(

Received our order... They are a little smaller than I expected, They look kind of cool!... but, however, they are super sharp to touch, I cut my finger on them. They should be sanded down. Not sure if I can give them out!
