My law firm used silkletter very recently for an order of printed lighters with bottle openers. The lighters have been the best form of advertising we have ever used. We are returning to silkletter to order more of those lighters. Our experience with silkletter has been wonderful. Silkletter has been very accommodating and the website is easy to use. We are extremely satisfied with silkletter.

I ordered water bottles with our logo and they were perfect.

I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of backpack compared to the picture. They were not as nice in person as they appeared.

I chose to celebrate my staff with a small order of personalized water bottles. Unluckily, the original order that I placed did not have the colour bottle that I wanted nor my second option. I think it was due to this confusion that the bottles did not come in the correct colour of font that I had requested. However, the expediency and customer service was great. I was on a time crunch and got my bottles just in time!

It was simple and the site had no flaws.

Silkletter is awesome! The art department sent the proof within 8 minutes and my order was delivered 10 days ahead of schedule! The quality of the product and imprinting far exceeded my expectations. I ordered the water bottles for a 501(c) fundraiser so I appreciated the free shipping. I will be ordering again and will recommend Silkletter to others.
