The price is really good, but the design process was a bit complicated

Website was difficult. Couldn't edit the shopping cart amount. Couldn't easily change the design. Had to keep starting the design over. Couldn't change the number of items once I had the information in my cart. I ended up writing a note with my order to change the number to a higher one, and they did it without a problem. Once the order was placed, everything went smoothly.

Fast turnaround! Great product

I assumed the first aif kits would come packed, not that I would have to pack them myself, other than that everything was great!

Trying to place this order yesterday was a disaster! Screens would not come up correctly and getting the hang of placing the copy was a bit confusing, but I think the inclement weather may have had an impact on things. I started completely over today, and it was a piece of cake! My order was delivered on time, and the quality of the product was super!

The product seems durable, the screen printing was nice. And you were able to get them to us by our deadline.

Would have been five if the website wasn't glitchy. With that being said the guy on the phone Friday night at 8pm EST was a great help! 5 stars to him.

I wish products could be ordered in lesser quantities when you are not needing them to have a logo or anything. We really only needed thirty, but had to order fifty and this is for our Track program that has little funds.

I wish the design lab was a little more user friendly. If you mess one thing up you have to start completely over, you can't just delete that messed up element.
