Shopiosx is a scam. I purchased an oculus and it was supposed to be delivered with next day shipping and it never came. It is never going to come and that's pretty clear, I can't get in contact with anyone from the support team and I can't get a refund, I'm going to leave bad reviews on every website I can. This has been a horrible experience.
I recently sold my iPhone XR 128GB unlocked to Shopiosx.com and the process was quite slow, however they made up for it by giving me an extra $175 and a store credit for the wait. It was still a great experience overall, and I am happy that they were willing to compensate me for the delay.
I was really hesitant to purchase iPhones from shopiosx at first, since I found them on Offer Up. But to my surprise, the entire process went very smoothly and the shipping was incredibly fast. Not only that, but they offered me a 40% discount at checkout! The phones looked and worked just like they said they would, so I'm very happy with my purchase. Shopiosx is legit and definitely not a scam!
I visited the store & They had a line going out the door in Miami shopiosx and while I was quite impressed with their selection, I was disappointed with the customer service. The staff was not as knowledgeable as I would have liked and when I asked for an alpine green iPhone, they gave me a gold one instead. It wasn't a scam, but it was certainly an inconvenience.
I ordered three iPhones from shopiosx on 5/9 and was delivered next day (shipping is expensive). The order was shipped out the next day, and the iPhone XR I ordered came in an open box for only $35. The phone itself had some cracks as it is a used phone, but still worked okay. Even though it isn't suited to gaming, it was a great deal overall.
I've found the app experience to be laggy and slow. I ended up having to jailbreak both of the phones in order to make them perform better, but even then, some lag persists. Initially, Kelly at Shopiosx helped me with the purchase but could not have predicted it isn't able to run games well.
I placed an order on July 4th with local delivery to Toluca Lake, and I was really worried about receiving it on the same day due to the holiday. Jessica from ShopiOSx reassured me that it would arrive before 8PM. They sent me a tracking map & when the driver arrived they went all the way up to my 10th-floor apartment to deliver it directly to my door instead of just leaving it in the lobby. The driver was incredibly nice, and I tipped him for the effort (the elevator is broken in my building). The iPhone itself works perfectly and is factory unlocked. I Ordered iPhone 13 And 14 Pro Max. IWatch Pro, iWatch 7 And 8. Received Email Yesterday On August 6th That The Order Was Done With Processing And Ready For Shipping. As Of 3:30 Today I Received A Email Saying Your Order Was Cancelled And A Refund Will Be Issued. With Customer Service Not One Time I Called Would Anyone Give Me Information About Anything. I Placed This Order On The 3rd Of August And Now They Decide Through A Email They Are Cancelling My Order. Either They Are A Total Scam Or They Decide Who They Are Going To Let Purchase. After visiting Shopiosx.com in Chula Vista, I was extremely disappointed with their parking situation. There were not enough spaces for the amount of customers they had, and the trade-in policy was very limited. I also felt like William couldn't provide us with enough assistance and it was very overwhelming. Definitely not recommended if you're looking for a smooth shopping experience!
I ordered an Oculus Quest 2 and it arrived brand new, exactly as described. The delivery driver was so nice to bring the package all the way up to my flat on the 50th floor, especially as I'm disabled and old and couldn't come down. Although shipping costs were high, it was worth it for such quality service
I used the buyback program at ShopiOSx to sell my Samsung S21 and I had some concerns about receiving payment. After contacting them, they informed me that the inspection process would take approximately 7 days, followed by another 7 days for payment processing. I received the payment on PayPal yesterday currently, their only payout option is PayPal. ShopiOSx inspection team deducted $40 due to some cracks on the phone I sold.
The driver was incredibly kind and even followed my specific delivery instructions in Spanish, which was a nice touch. I was impressed by the efficiency of the delivery as well - my iPad Air 5, still in its Apple box, arrived in just 30 minutes from Hyde Park Chicago to my new city Chicago. Although I had to contact my carrier for the setup process, the overall experience with ShopiOSx's local delivery service was fantastic.
Their customer service was top-notch and the delivery of my iPad was on time and with no damage. I'm so pleased with their services that I don't even need to leave a review on any of the review sites - ShopiOSx is one of the best stores I've ever shopped at and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
I have been a wholesale customer at Shopiosx since March and things have generally been going well. All my packages have been delivered on time and I've been a loyal customer. However, I recently encountered a major issue. I decided to add a new debit card to pay for my $9.99 membership fee, but unfortunately, I accidentally locked the card for 4 days. As a result, Shopiosx abruptly canceled my membership.
Now, I find myself in a frustrating situation where I am being forced to pay a $20 activation fee along with the regular $9.99 membership fee. On top of that, they are even charging me a $10 suspension fee. I reached out to their customer support seeking clarification, specifically contacting Jessica from the Shopiosx team. However, to my disappointment, Jessica informed me that she couldn't provide any further information due to my suspended account. Furthermore, she mentioned that there was no option to appeal the suspension or have the suspension fee waived.
The payment terms and policies at Shopiosx are excessively strict, especially considering my status as a long-term member and customer. It's disheartening that they aren't willing to accommodate my situation and waive the suspension fee. I will update my review once my account situation is involved, but so far it's been 5 business days the payment team hasn't updated my claim.
I went to the Shopiosx Chula Vista store to pick up an iPhone XR, I was almost towed due to their confusing parking situation. I contacted corporate at Menlo Park, they were very understanding and gave me a $75 gift card to compensate for the inconvenience. But for the price and service fees…they need to figure out a better way to inform their customers about the parking situation. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase as I got an iPhone XR for only $40!
I cant even get my order because it's just sitting somewhere for days, fedex hasn't even picked it up. Customer service barely replies, this company needs to do better
Even though I have bad credit, I was surprised to learn that ShopiOSx payment plans are not credit-based. I spoke to an agent through live chat and they let me know I wouldn't need to provide any sensitive info for my order. This meant that I didn't have to provide any Social Security Number or ID. All I had to do was place my order and pay a mere $30 as a down payment. The process was incredibly smooth, and they quickly shipped the iPhone to me through DHL. Took 4 days to receive it. Few scuffs on the box but wasn't any damage to the phone. I found no iCloud locks or any signs of damage, allowing me to sign in & begin using my new iPhone with my carrier and icloud.
I sold my iPhone 13 Pro Max through Shopiosx and mistakenly gave them the wrong PayPal address. I was frantic about not getting my $800, but the billing manager at Shopiosx went above and beyond to make sure I received my payment. The customer service from Shopiosx has been exemplary and I highly recommend them for selling phones!
Feels great to support a Jewish owned deliver service & shipping was fast and prompt. Oculus quest 2 works great a few scuffs on the box but no damage to the headset. There's no motion sickness from the headset like I saw on the reviews on the site on ShopiOSx.com
I placed an order with ShopiOSx for the Xbox Series S and Xbox One. I was initially upset with the delayed shipping, as my order was placed on 7/1 but wasn't shipped out until 7/9. I emailed their team a little upset and they told me the Xbox one was back ordered. When it finally did ship, they came in ShopiOSx bag and boxes. The Xbox One X that I received is in great condition and delivers excellent graphics (better then the series S). I did encounter a minor issue with the Xbox Series S, as it appeared to be slightly used and dirty. Thankfully, a quick cleaning resolved the problem. The shipping was free through UPS Next Day Air due to my order totaling over $200. Despite some issues at first in the process, ShopiOSx did provide me with legit Xbox products and even texted me tracking updates along the way to my phone number.
