Fem Things was not complicated. I received what I ordered within 3 days. This morning $19.87 was taken out of my bank account for something I did not buy. Either you give me proof that I purchased something or put $19.87 in my bank account IMMEDIATELY

Offers free bracelet and offers a second with free shipping. They have a so called club with a membership free of $20. Once you buy the first bracelet they will begin charging your card for a membership even though you did not select to join. They state they have a disclaimer but nothing is there at all. You are not loosing your mind, it's not there. Never received product even though ordered over a month ago. Lots of data out there and everyone says the same thing. Save yourself the trouble and money.

Well in my case I received my orders within a week or two so I didnt have to wait like others. I just dont like how Im automatically registered to their membership! Contacted them and cancelled my membership, their customer service respond fast. I think that Im not the only one who experienced being automatically registered to their membership... what I can advised others is once you enter your email address to their site make sure that you contact their support to cancel your membership right away. I think in that case you wont see any $20 charged in your bank account.

I was pleased with the service and the bracelets looked better than expected for the price. When I placed the order it said I could pick a free bracelet which I did. I didn't know that I would be charged a separate amount of $1.99 for the free bracelet. Since I paid $4.95 in shipping for the one bracelet and the bracelets arrived together I can't believe the $4.95 would not have covered the postage.

I received within a week. But now I'm getting a random charge of 19.87 for NOTHING. I paid for the necklace at 9.95 and received. But now a bogus charge of 19.8 has appeared on my bank account. Please FIX THIS

The item was not what I thought it would be. I thought it could be used as a pocketbook but it's just a tote. I accidentally ordered another that I will be returning. I don't think it was worth what I paid for it.

I did not want to purchase a heart ring. Please do NOT charge my credit card. This is very misleading. I am not paying for the
Heart Ring. Please credit my account for the $9.95. Just want the bracelet. Very disappointed!

Easy to navigate. I love the braclets only things is they are very small. Made more for a childs wrist thank a full grown adults. I bought 3,1 for myself and 2 as giftsand i will have to but extra links for everyone to wear them.

Great and fast shipping. All items have been great quality also.

Quick and easy. The only issue was that the package was held at the post office and not delivered to my home address. I had to check the tracking to find out why it wasn't delivered on time and it said "package held at post office per customers request" which I did not request.

The quality is amazing. Shipping was quick and painless. Will definitely shop here again!

When I placed an order (and I never did receive the whole order) the order confirmation email said, in tiny print wayyyyy down at the bottom, that I'd been enrolled in a free two-week trial membership, if I hadn't caught it and canceled it, I would have been billed for being a member... not sure whether this is even legal, but it's definitely unethical. I will never order from them again. (And I would give them zero stars if I could.)
