Been using the products for a month now

Been using the products for a month now. Not seeing any noticeable difference. Hair feels like straw. Scalp still feels like I've got sand in it. And my hair is still falling out as much as it was before starting.

Received my order promptly with package in great condition. When I first starting using the shampoo and conditioner, I was a bit discouraged because I seemed to be losing more hair in the shower than I had before I began using the product. After about a week, I did however see less hair falling out and my hair looked healthier-full bodied and shiny. I wouldn't say that it's helping regrow hair but my scalp is healthy, I'm losing less hair and the overall appearance of my hair has improved. I've been using the shampoo and conditioner for 4 weeks.

I'm not sure I want to deal with a company that confuses customers!
No way to cancel...?

I sent an email about four days ago and have not received a response. However, I've received 1-2 emails every day in the past four days telling me my next shipment is getting ready in 5 days. That's annoying and too many emails.

I was ordering the offer for $57. And at check out they charged me over $200.00. I blocked my card so it won't go through. What a scam. I want to cancel. It is too expensive for my budget. How do I cancel?

I like the product very much

I like the product very much. It leaves my hair clean, soft, and shiny and much fuller looking. I had run out of foam and noticed a difference in loss, so I reordered some and now things are looking good again. Thank you

The product is very good I don't use it on a daily basis probably three times a week. It really helps to stop hair from falling out I've noticed when I wash my hair and put gel on it that the hair that normally comes out no longer does, however, I haven't noticed much of a thickening to my hair. Maybe that will come with more time.

I only ordered a shampoo/conditioner set for $59 not $229! I tried to cancel the order immediately but was unable to. I left messages with customer service but it took days to get any response. Once the order arrived, I had to wait for the Return Authorization number before I could return it. I have now returned the entire package and am awaiting a credit on my credit card.

I have only been washing my hair 2 -3 times per week. I noticed that the shampoo soaks in very quickly to my hair and I feel like I have to add more. After 4 weeks of using the shampoo and conditioner I am still losing hair. Is this normal or can you give additional recommendations?

Both times I actually talked to someone, it took several days to get through and long hold times which actually kicked me out. No call backs were ever received as requested. Each customer service representative I spoke with were courteous and helpful. My order was shorted, which was the reason for the second contact. Apparently, the product is on the way.

Hi, thank you so much for your product it is wonderful. The first week I noticed the drain hardly had any hair in it now my hair is thicker and shinier than before. I can see now the new hairs coming in, it was hard to tell at first since my hair is white on top. I am very happy and I will continue to use and recommend this product to my friends.

My hair loss has reduced since starting this regimen; it has been about 3 weeks now. I use the product in conjunction with minoxidil, which I've used for 3 years but was not working as well as I'd hoped (but once you start minoxidil, you really can't stop, otherwise you'll lose a ton of hair). So adding this to my hair loss regimen is working wonders as it's preventing the hormone that causes the loss. I'm quite happy with it.

I like your product, hope it will give results.
What I don't like is receiving another invoice to pay the duty and customs charge after I got the products. You should say on the website before completing the order that you will be charged another sum for taxes.

I'm still not sure about the leave in conditioner. I have longer hair and it's very dry so I need to use a fair amount. With the cost as high as it is not sure. Will wait awhile to see if it works. It might be worth it.

I wanted to return my product
October 5, 2020

I wanted to return my product. It is impossible to speak with anyone. I tried several calls, several emails. I gave up and just sent it back last week. I am asking for a signature upon receipt and am hopeful that I will get a refund. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
